This analysis of The Circadian Code uses language that seems dismissive of the significance of Dr Panda's research findings.
But the narrator has a nice voice.
if at all possible, read the original book for yourself. This research can be life changing for those who commit to the changes Dr Panda suggests.

This is just a summary and very poor!
I can only hope this isn't a reflection of the actual book.. if it is there isn't really anything to be gained by listening to it from a knowledge, or enlightenment point of view. Really sorry but I do like a synopsis but it just introduced each chapter and the summaries at the end of each were low level and lacked impact.. again apologise if this is a reflection of the book
