Loved the info, but....
It started with a fantastic mental relaxation with perfect affirmations. Then abruptly it ended and a teaching program started. Not what I had in mind as I thought this would be something I would listen to regularly. They do walk you through steps on making your own.

Easy to fall asleep to
I just started listening to it so I can’t say it has worked yet. But I will say it’s easy to fall asleep to. And I did vision the 49ers intercepting that ball which got them into the playoffs. So there’s that! Lol. I’ll come and let you know when I win the lottery.

No monkey brain allowed. Listen, and stay focused on your outcome EXACTLY how you see it. Let your mind project the visualization of your imagination. Picture every detail. This book give you a guided tour for YOU to follow. The rest is in your hands. You imagine what experiences you want to experience, stay extremely focused and you shall experience them. I throughly enjoyed this book and am using these methods to win the PowerBall tonight!!
