Wonderful Audiobook for anyone serious about medit


Memory is the most important part of a smarter and faster brain. For students, whatever you read during the day, make sure you read it immediately at night before sleep. This is because; the brain consolidates all of this new information during rest. This allows the brain store the things you read before sleeping in its limbic area. As so same in the way inlistening ,like if we can go through this meditation audiobook for a while we will deffinitely can get some good result I huess cause I just loved the voice and the way how this audiobook helps to take controll over mind.

Great Companion for Advanced Students

It is worth the effort to fight through all the almost answered questions until the point is revealed and all the pieces fall together. All the meditations are outlined and he makes it clear what happens at his meetings so you can decide if that would be helpful for you. Although a very good affirmation to go with.

about half way through, affirmation start stacking or stepping on top of each other, a recording error.Fix it then replace my copy.
