In The Four Agreements, a New York Times best seller for over seven years, don Miguel Ruiz revealed how the process of our education, or “domestication,” can make us forget the wisdom we were born with. Throughout our lives, we make many agreements that go against ourselves and create needless suffering.
In The Mastery of Love, don Miguel Ruiz illuminates the fear-based beliefs and assumptions that undermine love and lead to suffering and drama in our relationships. Using insightful stories to bring his message to life, Ruiz shows us how to heal our emotional wounds, recover the freedom and joy that are our birthright, and restore the spirit of playfulness that is vital to loving relationships.
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.
In The Voice of Knowledge, don Miguel Ruiz reminds us of a profound and simple truth: The only way to end our emotional suffering and restore our joy in living is to stop believing in lies, mainly about ourselves.
Paulo Coelho's enchanting novel has inspired a devoted following around the world. This story, dazzling in its simplicity and wisdom, is about an Andalusian shepherd boy named Santiago who travels from his homeland in Spain to the Egyptian desert in search of treasure buried in the Pyramids. Along the way he meets a Gypsy woman, a man who calls himself king, and an Alchemist, all of whom point Santiago in the direction of his quest.
To make the journey into The Power of Now you need to leave your analytical mind and its false created self, the ego, behind. Access to the Now is everywhere - in the body, the silence, and the space all around you. These are the keys to enter a state of inner peace.

Beyond Fear leads seekers of the Toltec way of freedom and joy on their spiritual journey into a state of empowerment.
Looking for a practical guide to the fulfillment of your dreams? Based on natural laws which govern all of creation, this audio shatters the myth that success is the result of hard work, exacting plans, or driving ambition. In The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Deepak Chopra distills the essence of his teachings into 7 simple, yet powerful principles that can easily be applied to create success in all areas of your life.
Building on the principles found in his father’s best-selling book The Four Agreements, don Miguel Ruiz, Jr., invites us to gauge how attached we are to our own point of view. In The Five Levels of Attachment, he will help you gain awareness of the agreements you have been implicitly making all these years that shape your reality and affect your future and show you how to release the attachments which no longer reflect who you really are.
Spiritual teacher Michael A. Singer explores the question of human identity and shows how the development of consciousness can enable us all to dwell in the present moment and achieve happiness and self-realization.
Are you tired of feeling f*cked up? If you are, Gary John Bishop has the answer. In this straightforward handbook, he gives you the tools and advice you need to demolish the slag weighing you down and become the truly unf*cked version of yourself. "Wake up to the miracle you are," he directs. "Here's what you've forgotten: You're a f*cking miracle of being." It isn't other people that are standing in your way; it isn't even your circumstances that are blocking your ability to thrive. It's yourself and the negative self-talk you keep telling yourself.
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one. In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.
At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. Habits aren’t destiny. As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.
Bestselling author, speaker, and world-traveling success coach Jen Sincero cuts through the din of the self-help genre with her own verbal meat cleaver in You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. In this refreshingly blunt how-to guide, Sincero serves up 27 bite-sized chapters full of hilariously inspiring stories, life-changing insights, easy exercises, and the occasional swear word.
For the first time ever, the Toltec wisdom from the Ruiz family is bound together in a book of daily meditations. Listeners are invited on a six-month journey of daily lessons with don Miguel Ruiz, Jr., that are designed to inspire, nourish, and enlighten adherents as they travel along the Toltec path.
What does everyone in the modern world need to know? Renowned psychologist Jordan B. Peterson's answer to this most difficult of questions uniquely combines the hard-won truths of ancient tradition with the stunning revelations of cutting-edge scientific research. Humorous, surprising, and informative, Dr. Peterson tells us why skateboarding boys and girls must be left alone, what terrible fate awaits those who criticize too easily, and why you should always pet a cat when you meet one on the street.
After film critic Gene Siskel asked her, "What do you know for sure?" Oprah Winfrey began writing the "What I Know for Sure" column in O, The Oprah Magazine. Saying that the question offered her a way to take "stock of her life", Oprah has penned one column a month over the last 14 years.
Don Miguel Ruiz has dedicated his life to sharing the wisdom of the ancient Toltec. For more than two decades, he has guided others toward their personal freedom. Today, he continues to combine his unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern-day awareness through journeys to sacred sites around the world.
"Despite the New Age-sounding language, Ruiz is refreshingly clear in the presentation of his ideas. Reading aloud, actor Coyote sounds every bit the enthusiastic old hippie, genuinely excited by the concepts he is spinning." (Publishers Weekly)
When I first started listening to this, I almost turned it off because it seemed way too "new age" (i.e., spiritual nonsense) for me. I am SO glad I didn't. After the first 2 minutes or so, this book is great. I think this book may have totally changed the way I look at the world. Basically, the author says life is a dream and the way you look at the world will determine if it is a nightmare or an incredible dream. However, rather than using nebulous clich?s like ?just think positive? or ?think big?, he explains how to do it in a much better way than I have ever heard. Some of it you need to take into context, in that, some of what he says might be interpreted as ?I can do no wrong? and ?the rest of the world is messed up but not me?. However, he really says don't beat yourself up over mistakes and just learn from them and move on. Also, he says that people can be way too judgmental (for various reasons which he explains) and you need to be cognizant of this before you accept what they say. Anyway, BUY THIS AUDIOBOOK!!! It is cheap and it could drastically change the way you look at the world. As an added bonus, Peter Coyote, the narrator, is excellent.

I've had this book for years but could not get past the first several pages. I tried it as an audio book with much more success. I truly appreciate this book and the lessons within. It's a good read, I reccommend it.

Great philosophy. Outstanding narration. Very relaxing to listen to. It teaches how we're one with the universe. It helps you to calm down from our everyday stress and troubles by focusing on what you can do to be a better person, instead of worrying for the things that are out of your control.
I enjoyed this book very much.

Our personal power is based on the agreements we make, and often we make those agreements to please others, rather than being true to ourselves. In doing so, we give away our personal power. The Four Agreements is about taking back our personal power by being authentic and by adhering to our true selves. The four agreements are: 1) Be impeccable in your word, 2) Don't take anything personally, 3) Don't make assumptions, and 4) Always do your best. While simple, these agreements are anything but easy. Ruiz encourages readers to practice these agreements everyday and forgive ourselves when we are not perfect. The effort is what's most important. This book is a quick read (or listen) and should be reread repeatedly if you truly desire to keep your agreements with yourself.

I am so glad I picked up this book! My life had fallen off track, lost in a huge slump of depression. The message in this book helped me rise above my own harsh criticism and stop being the victim. Now I focus on each day, being the very best I can be without judging myself, always striving to keep each of the very important four agreements.

This is one of the few books that made me reevaulate some of my beliefs. I'm not a changed man after 1 listen, but the ideas and advice within this book really struck home for me. If you enjoyed "The Power of Now" by Ekhart Tolle, you probably won't be disappointed here.

I recommend this book for anyone interested in neuroscience, or how the mind truly controls our actions and outcomes. Amazing read!

If you can keep an open mind and let go of all the hangups that you know of and listen to the story, you could get the power to finally get freedom in your life. And true freedom, the freedom that brings a chance for everlasting happiness. It comes a price though, and it comes with work: forgiveness, letting go of the past, getting rid of our victimhood and anger, and be willing to live in the ever present. But from this little person's humble perspective, it is so very worth it.
Plus, Peter Coyote has one of the best reading voices of all time and he reads this book as if speaking into my soul.

This book is written in very simple language, yet the teachings are profound. While the four agreements sound very simple, they are not easy to follow. However, just by paying a little attenton to information in this book can change your life. I highly recommend it!

This is a brilliant book with an excellent audio edition. It describes four simple agreements to make with yourself, which allow you to increase your control over how you experience your life: 1) Be impeccable with your word; 2) Don't take anything personally; 3) Don't make assumptions; 4) Always do your best. Simple does not mean easy! Don Miguel's book helps the reader have the power of these agreements and use it. Peter Coyote's reading is a delight which helps the learning process. This is timeless work that can be referred to time and again. I found the Four Agreements even more powerful than Stephen Covey's Seven Habits, which is saying a lot. And just like the Seven Habits, the Four Agreements are powerful in all aspects of your life including family, work and leisure time.

I was initially put off by the rather religious stance at the beginning of the book. I decided to stick to it and keep listening. I was rewarded as the book laid out some useful principles:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Words.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally.
3. Don't Make Assumptions.
4. Always Do Your Best.
Simple, not always easy to practice but resonates with me!

Although the content and agreements are useful and relevant in the 21st century, I felt there was a lot of very religious and over-spiritual elements within the stories.

I was a little sceptical, but I actually quite enjoyed listening to this audiobook. There is no particular religious bias to the teaching, but it was interesting and made complete sense.
This is an audiobook that I will re-listen to at some time.

Absolutely love this book. It makes it so much easier being an audio book so i can listen to it on the go. I listened to this whole audiobook from start to finish while i was working so i basically got paid to listen to it haha i highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
I almost feel like this book was written for me. It's somehow dived into everything I've been struggling with in life lately. The reader a perfect voice and style to help the book sink in. I can see myself reading this book over and over again in the years to come. I just wish I had of read this book a couple of months back
A powerful and timeless message that is beautifully written and spoken. I must have for all who believe or wish to believe that LOVE is the truth and the life.
This book is life changing. For a teenager like myself who sometimes feels trapped by the worlds ‘rules’ I found this book to be completely and utterly magnificent. I feel boundless and free.
I love it's simplicity. Its my go-to when I can't see straight and emotions are getting the better of me. Or if I forget why I'm here and what I'm capable of. You can choose a chapter and just go from there. It's not a book that has to be read in order once you've read it. My if everyone read this book... wow 👌🏼
This book has changed my life !!
A must read for anyone who is on a journey of discovering who they are and know that there is more to the life that they currently live 💚
I love this book. It is simple but believable and reads like the truth. The world would be a better place if eveyone practiced The Four Agreements
i wish the book was longer. i was sad when it finished. this book teaches about how to overcome disempowering beliefs about ourselves that we pick up as we grow up using the 4 agreements & by doing so letting us be who we are meant to be.
thank you to author for writing this book.
Truly a life changer. The task of reframing limiting beliefs in my 40s is massive. This is clear, and freeing. Why should I feel guilt and obligation for wanting to escape the soul crushing opinions of my narcissistic parents and tyranny of my ex husband. This is simple and as old as creation. We are just ourselves and should feel free to be so.
