Publisher's Summary

There's still plenty of time before this assignment is due… I'll get to it tomorrow….

We typically learn procrastination when we are kids, and we may continue to struggle with it our entire lives. What we often fail to understand is that procrastination makes a person ordinary (at best). We can’t do our finest work at the last minute. Creativity is a process that takes time. The good news is that we can learn how to stop procrastinating - how to get assignments done right away. Nothing beats the satisfaction of having the project complete, the assignment thought through, the task done. In Stuck on Stop, Vicki Hitzges shares strategies to get you going when you’d rather do anything but work. These guidelines only work if you do. And the payoff is great.
