Publisher's summary

As our holistic view of the world grows and we become more aware of personal and collective energy, our level of perception is transforming from something singular - the physical form - to a greatly expanded awareness that includes intuition, past and present, right and left brain, and heart and body. As our perceptive ability evolves, we must unlearn and relearn the principles of how we live, create, and grow in order to be successful in the rapidly transforming reality of the Intuition Age.

Written with clarity and insight, Leap of Perception offers a comprehensive guide on how to adapt to an expanding paradigm of perception. Building on her first two books, The Intuitive Way and Frequency, author Penney Peirce once again translates a powerful and complex concept into an effective life practice that is accessible to all.

Listeners will learn to materialize the situations they want, resolve conflict in relationships, expand their creativity, reduce exhaustion and anxiety from multitasking, ease fear caused by the transformation process, develop new attention skills, and more. Leap of Perception is an amazing gift.

Wonderful but for narrator

This is a powerful and clear book. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately the narrator is almost unlistenable. She purrs and shows off her skills as an actor and it is a total mismatch from this very important content. She would be fine for a different type of story but in this case I wish she had chosen to sit back and let the content be the focus. Now it is her reading that is the focus. She sounds nothing like the writer behind the book. I listen to it at a slower speed setting which helps a bit. Unfortunately I need audio version. But the content is fantastic. Clear and important. Hopefully a later release comes out with the author reading herself.

This book is ahead of its time, needed now!

I enjoyed reading this book at this time( quarantine). Feels most appropriate at this point in time. I felt that what we need right now is a leap in our perception of reality. This book is ahead of its time.

Great Material (I assume), Terrible Narration

Would you consider the audio edition of Leap of Perception to be better than the print version?

No; I dearly wish I had purchased the print version. I don't wish to be unkind, but I'd really like to encourage some of these female narrators to tone down the cutesy factor.

Who was your favorite character and why?

N/A

How could the performance have been better?

I agree with Steve from Kentucky--the 'cutesy' narration is so distracting and annoying that I can't even pay attention to what is being said. I've seen numerous interviews with the author, so I know the material SHOULD be good, but I may not find out for sure unless I get the print book.

What did you learn from Leap of Perception that you would use in your daily life?

Don't know yet

Any additional comments?

This is the third audio book I've purchased that, due to the narrator, I find nearly impossible to listen to. It makes me wonder whether authors screen narrators; if they have actually chosen these narrators, it makes me question my (formerly high) opinion of the author.

Ebook novice

Where does Leap of Perception rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Well tbh this is my first ebook, although I have overheard some of my husband's. This is unlistenable for me because it sound like a computer talking, not a person. One should be warned of this.

What other book might you compare Leap of Perception to and why?

I loved Frequency.

What didn’t you like about Tanya Eby’s performance?

Just terrible. I cannot believe this is not a computer.

Any additional comments?

Waste of money.

3.5

Definitely do not want to be distracted, when listening to this. Penney Pierce has a way of describing that makes it easy to comprehend. Continuing to want to not only work on yourself but have a better understanding of others?, this would be a good place to start. 2016- not the new age, but the new way. Hope you enjoy
