one long commercial
The hypnosis actually begins about a third of the way into Chapter Three after he tries to sell his products. His relaxation sequence is good but he goes into a biology lesson on snakes, basic stuff that everyone should know. Is this going to help me not be afraid of snakes? No. I am not afraid of them because I am ignorant, I have an irrational fear that I was hoping this hypnotherapy would help. It did not. And after the 20 minutes session, Chapter Four starts with another commercial for his stuff. Not what I was looking for in a hypnotherapy book.
