Would you listen to 365 Daily Affirmations for Creative Weight Management again? Why?
This is an audio book best listened to in stages. I initially listened to the book in its entirety, however, I do plan to listen to it again in sections with the goal of around 3 to 5 motivational quotes per day. Listening to this book all at once I must admit was a bit overwhelming. There are so many affirmations to process all at once that it can become muddied. One can tell from the motivations that it's geared somewhat to what might be expected of where an individual might be during their progress while reading the book and where one is in their ultimate goal. For me, I could break the affirmations in the book into 3 sections: changing your outlook on your present situation, motivations and suggestions to continue to fight the good fight & continual motivation to keep one in the right frame of mind.

I don't know. I have not read a motivational book before.
Which character – as performed by Tiffany Williams – was your favorite?
There were not any characters per se other than the narration of the book, however, I did find her voice assertive and confidant. She provided a nice break between affirmations where one can easily pause and not feel that they are rushed between statements, yet the pace was fast enough that didn't feel as though it was lingering. I also enjoyed her tone as I could easily picture myself saying these motivators in a calm and rational matter-of-fact.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from 365 Daily Affirmations for Creative Weight Management?
Any goal, whether it be to lose weight, quit a habit or complete a race requires discipline and is not achieved overnight. Baby steps and motivations help keep you on target to reach your desired effect and are important for the journey.
