Do not bother, nothing learned about how to help yourself. Just a lot of talking.

Poorly written.

This book reads like it was written by someone who doesn't have a good grasp on the English language. It's clumsy and doesn't make sense in parts. it lacks insight and wasn't very interesting. the narrator reads well though.
