Publisher's Summary

Once, the Ibarras saved Earth and all of humanity from utter destruction. Now they are fugitives and traitors hunted by the Terran Union's mightiest warriors.

After fleeing with a stolen armada, the Ibarra family have finally emerged from hiding and are scouring the galaxy for an ancient alien legacy, destroying any who get in their way. For armor soldier Roland Shaw, the call to put down the Ibarra mutiny is a bitter task as he and the Iron Dragoons come face to face with the Ibarras in order to discover if they are truly their friends or their most deadly foe.

The Ibarra Sanction is the second book in Richard Fox's Terran Armor Corps series, a military sci-fi space opera and sequel to the 2017 Dragon Award-nominated novel Iron Dragoons. Listen to this action-packed novel and brace yourself for the revelations that will change Roland's world forever!

Awesome continuation of the Ember War universe.

This is another great book by Richard Fox. Luke Daniels does a fantastic job as a narrator. It's my favorite book of the Terran Armor Series so far.

A fantastic sequel!

This book was a pleasant surprise!
Dig deeper into the myth and lore of the Emberverse as you continue to follow the story of Roland and his fellow armor.
New characters and old, plenty of page turning action as well as a surprising amount of touching depth into the supporting cast. Sprinkled with plenty of Fox's humanity, charm, and humor as well.
I'm a fan.

Another teaser episode but better than Book 1

Roland has finished his boot camp phase and is now teamed up with his squad taking on mission assignments. We've now determined that the Terran Union is in conflict with the Ibarra faction whom have been accused of treason.

The fleet in charge with capturing the Ibarras find themselves caught in a battle between the Ibarras and another, heretofore, unknown alien collective while also trying to save a human settlement. During the encounter we finally meet up with the Ibarra faction but are still left with an unclear understanding as to what has caused the conflict between the Ibarras and the Terran Union as the book ends soon thereafter.

The story is written well, as is expected from Richard Fox and Luke Daniels continues to provide a skilled performance. Regrettably, this book suffers due to the lack of significant progress of the major plot arcs and the shortness of the novel itself.

Even so, I still look forward to the next book in this series.

Seriously I love this whole series. I hope it never ends. This particular branch off of the ember wars is turning out to be just as interesting

Great addition to the series, keep them coming

Can’t wait for the next one, Fox has built a great universe loaded with enjoyable characters. When Fox and Luke Daniels team up they deliver fun fast paced (and funny) Science Fiction. My only complaint is the length, I really wanted more

Really enjoying the writer, and actor inflection.

A flawless continuation of the epic. Love this authors creativity and innovation. The posibilities are explored, but the reader is allowed to see the entire spectrum of details.

This is good Sci-fi.

Still Too Short

I quite liked the first book, so purchased this to follow up. Whilst I like the series, these books are still too short.

Loved it

Story is a mix of Babylon 5, starship troopers, and a few other game and series like Halo or Starcraft. Can't wait to get the next book 😁

I can just eat these books up

I felt it was too short to start with the story was good but just too short.
voice acting from Daniel's was as good as usual.
All the books seem to chain quite well with each other. I like that the iron dragoons ties into this book. so is a must to listen to before this one. we will not know who the main characters are.

A good yarn, delivered

The first two books could have been combined into one. Still a fun wee read though. As like the ember war none of the individual books are that great but as a whole they do produce a decent story. Works well as a filer series between books you really enjoy.

It Just Gets Better and Better

From the Embers of the Ember Wars rises a brilliant new story line, and it just keeps getting better and better.
