The restoration of glory

After 4,000 years of waiting, Prophecy has been fulfilled! The Dark Lord Tommus, heir to the Throne of Orcus, has relit Mount Doom in the Abyss! It is time for the Orcs to reclaim their rightful place in the multiverse!

As the orcs rejoice and race to rebuild the connections between their worlds and the Abyss and the alvar gird for war, Tom discovers his new home comes with some unexpected guests - guests who may provide him with leverage in his conflict with the god Tiernon.

Hilda and the avatars of Tiernon work to establish a new base of operations upon the plains of Murgatroy to launch a rescue mission for Talarius.

Meanwhile, aboard Dante's Inferno, Oorstemoth and the Rod invade the Abyss on their joint mission to rescue Talarius and arrest Lord Edwyrd.

Exador needs the assistance of the Storm Lords to destroy Lenamare and the Council of Wizardry and seize The Book once and for all. In return, he must first recreate the lost works of the Dark Apostle.

You've got to read this

If you were listening to this this book or reading this book then you know a good book. I am hoping that the author will write a fourth book for this series because I for one can't stop reading this I want to know how it ends.

Just get it, its a lot of fun.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Apostles of Doom to be better than the print version?

Why would I read the print when I have audible

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Apostles of Doom?

So many throughout, the beginning parts of the middle. but its all good.

Any additional comments?

writing this after listening to the 3 books that are currently out, and trolling audible for the next book.

Can’t wait for next one!

A lot of the plot lines come together. There are no annoying plot holes or contrived situations that fill other less enjoyable books. The characters are very fleshed out. I really enjoyed this series and can’t wait for the next one to come out

Another good read

So, I really like this series. At first the concept sounded downright silly, but after the good reviews and lacking any new additions from my cadre of known authors I took the plunge. I'm very pleased that I took a chance knnthus series. Good characters, nice pacing, and interesting analogies and references to modern life. Well worth the credits for the series thus far, and can't wait for the next!

A Fun and Different Perspective on Fantasy

Any additional comments?

I think I need to clarify what I think about this book, particularly because I don't like fantasy. Fantasy, as I feel, as a strange feel to it where it seems as though they're so caught up in their world that they feel less epic and more like they're full of themselves. With this series, you find yourself questioning the world, getting tongue and cheek humor while also feeling for an actual expansive universe that makes SENSE. This is a universe that I just love coming back to, not only for the characters and story, but for the writing. Langland is an inspiring writer because while he doesn't write the wittiest or verbose dialogue, save for a certain set of someones, he's fun, interesting, and has damn good ideas that I'd love to see continue.

Funny as all abyss

Enjoyed it a lot. Just finished listening too all three. If they could update the chapter selection from chapters to characters point of view instead I think it would be better.
