What did you like best about this story?
I enjoyed how the story and the narration. I have very much enjoyed all of the books by Chris Fox, and narrations by Ryan Kennard Burke, but for some reason, I had moments in the title where I kept getting distracted... I still enjoyed it quite a lot, but not as much as the first book.

overall a good story, but not great. Chris Fox other series have been outstanding. I just got a sense this was more of a filler series.

I really am starting to love tie-in series/collections that authors do! While we wait for the newest books to come out - the author has given us something from the same world to chew on in order to soften our impatience, as well as feed into the story we already imagine with new ways to branch out with new & used characters in new depths.
This is the 2nd book in the tie-in series to the Deathless Collection I have fallen in love with... the world created here, wait, I mean the universe created here is like one of our own but including *high-concept, principle-based, multi-dimensional, quantum-theoretical, metaphysical, paranormal, science-fiction fantasy*
This story is good on its own but it is GREAT if you include the deathless collection by Chris Fox first.
I do suggest you start with "No such things as werewolves" or like me, get the whole Deathless Collection: Books 1-3 and the Prequel Novella
