way better than I thought it would be

This book was way better than I thought it would be. At first chapter I wasn't sure. But then it got good. Can't wait to seer what happens next.

Great audio book

Really enjoyed this 1st book in the fairy chronicles. Loved ivy and Vance’s relationship. The whole story line behind trying to find the missing children. It’s action packed and lots of fun to listen to.

Felt Dragged, Kept Going, Worth it in the End!

I researched this series and found it very interesting, and also decided with how many were written there was something worth it all, so I impulsively bought the first 3 books right out the bat, knowing how fast I go through them I wanted to be ready to just go, go, go.

Listened to the first book and really didn't want to finish, it felt too long and drawn out. I kept losing interest, But since I already bought the first 3 books I pushed myself to Keep going and I'm happy I did. It got really good near the end. So after I finished, I started book 2 and that one caught my interest right of the bat.

So give it a shot and hang in there because it is worth it in the end!

I will say the second book is much much better.

Great Novel, Great Female lead!

I love the novel and the characters are great. Truly a great book to get into. However, at times the voices were really annoying to listen to at times. Drake's voice at times sounded like a female's voice. Ivy and the others were great as well. Love it all.

WOW!

I absolutely adore Luci Christian's accent. She totally brings out the sass and badassness of Ivy.

This story has so many twists and turns that you never really have a handle on the truth. Author Emma L. Adams has created quite a world in The Changeling Chronicles. With shifts, necromancers, fae, and witches there is quite a lot stirring the pot.

A fast paced, well narrated story in deed.

I really liked this fun book about a missing human replaced by a changling. Ivy and the Mage Lord works together to find out what is going on...of course nothing is so simple! Lots of action, adventure, creatures, and touch of romance. Lots of fun!
The narrator was terrific! I have more in the series! That's how much I liked it.

I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this first book. it has great potential but I do like more information about the world I'm trying to escape to. the narrator was well spoken and but her voice has a child like sound to it. she still did a great job though.

Super fun read/listen!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The narrator was engaging, the story very well put together, and the characters were just plain fun. I honestly can't find anything negative about the story, the world-building, or the way it was read. I can't wait to start on the rest of the series!

Promising Series

I really enjoyed this book! It was light, fun, easy to follow. The characters were likable and interesting. I was very captivated by the story and everything that was going on. It kept my interest through the Conclusion.

Ivy has secrets that she doesn't want getting out. Even her best friend Isabel doesn't know everything about her. A dangerous and attractive Mage Lord is getting too close for comfort. She tries to put him off but he leaves her no choice but to work with him to solve a disappearance case she is working on.

The narrator did a good job bringing the story to life. I'm looking forward to the next book. Talented writer & narrator!
