"That's when I'm summoned. Who am I? I'm the one thing the fearless fear. Step over the line, and it's my wrath you will face. Nothing can touch me. Nothing can sway me. I am relentless and unfeeling. Or so I thought, until I met a female Dark-Hunter who goes by the name of Danger - it's not just her name, it's how she lives her life. She doesn't trust me at all. I love all of Sherrilyn Kenyon's books, this one is not my favorite, but it is good all the same. I have a harder time with woman as dark hunters, that is just my own hang up though. Fav's are Dance with the Devil and Devil may Cry.

This was a tepid story at best, but the thing I really like about it was you found out more about Acheron's back story and that is what I'm dying to find out about. It was a good listen, nothing wrong with it, but I never bought the chemistry and once again there was the miracle save at the end and THAT is getting old. So the back story and finding more out about the demons was definetly worth the listen.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes. Fred Berman is excellent narrator. The story is a great read as well; funny, sad, sexy - all at the same time.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Sins of the Night?
I loved the way Alexion tried to figure out why humans do what they do. The ending was great too - but I won't give anything in the review.
What does Fred Berman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I could listen to him daily speak in the voice he uses for Alexion. After I finished it the first time, I immediately listened to it again. I could not get enough of Alexion.
Any additional comments?
It is a must read - it also gives you some very detailed back ground about Acheron.

The Dark Hunter series is the perfect mix of romance, action and humor. Holds your interest while making you swoon. Narration is fantastic. I have listened to this series more than once, which is a rarity for me.
There are few surprises that are completely different than the other novels in this series.
While this isn't one of my favorites, you can't go wrong with any of Kenyon's books, and on audio they are even more sexy with the character's accents done with professional narration. *Important to read this series in order*
Was an okay story, couldn't tell if certain characters were demons or vampires. It was creative if not a bit confusing. The narrator did a good job being in sinc with the characters. overall, not really my thing in reading,a bit off the beaten path that we are use to,which is fine but still you really have to use your imagination to get through the story.
I dislike the music before and after the story.. . .
wow, again an amazing voice to listen to. the writer did a good job creating everything you need in a book. i hope Nick will return to his area soon so others will know he's okay in a way. i hope it works out for him.
What did you love best about Sins of the Night?
The quips and whit of the demons
What aspect of Fred Berman’s performance would you have changed?
He does so well with Sherri's stories but Danger as a character was too much.. She sucks as a character so he had a rough batch to work with.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
it made me bored and I struggled through it.
Any additional comments?
Sherrilyn Kenyon's books always have a special place in my heart. All her stories are needed to be read to complete and understand the links and events in her timeline but sometimes it's a struggle when you can't relate to the characters like I couldn't in this story. I'll stick with my physical copy for this book in the future. That way I can skip the nonsense droll parts I don't care for.
