Publisher's Summary

I'm used to getting what I want. But I've never wanted anyone like her.

I'm the CEO. I dominate the boardroom with my presence. What I want, I get.

I have the world at my beck and call. But that no longer excites me. Nothing does. Until she comes along. My Rose.

Her deep blue eyes. Her tempting curves. They call to me, holding my attention like nothing has in years. I should walk away, but the soft sighs spilling from her plump lips are addictive. Even more, I want to force them from her lips myself. I've never felt such desire. I've never wanted like this. Even though I know I shouldn't.

There's a reason I keep everyone away, and I need to remember that. But now that I have her in my grasp, I won't let her go.

Mr. CEO is a full-length standalone romance with an HEA, no cheating, and no cliffhanger.

Critic Reviews

"Narrators Alastair Haynesbridge and Bunny Warren create a high-voltage synergy in this sizzling contemporary romance. Haynesbridge's strong voice and deep tones bring out the power and ego of Logan Parker - a.k.a. Mr. CEO. His personality is emphasized by the force of slang words that he crisply delivers as he describes his sexual desires for his new employee, Charlotte Rose. Warren portrays Charlotte with a solid sensuality that becomes breathless and shaky whenever she's near her demanding new boss. Haynesbridge and Warren's sexy interplay captures the raw emotion of the almost purely carnal attraction between the two lovers as well as other aspects of intensity in the plot. However, the narrators also bring a soft and gentle quality to their tones that captures the change in the relationship as a tender and loving bond develops between Logan and Charlotte. The two narrators complement each other, making for a dynamic and tantalizing listening experience." (AudioFile Magazine)

Loved Logan,Rose not so much<br />

The narration for each character
was great ,I just didn't care for the Charlotte Rose character .I found her way too emotional and whimpy. Logan was attracted to her confidence at thought at first but as their relationship progressed it seemed she was so whishy washy and scared. She is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

Sexy office romance!

Was entertained by this sometimes funny office romance. The hero is a business minded CEO who takes life by the horns and takes no prisoners in business. He is a dominant guy and seems to always what he wants, in bed and in life.
Along comes sweet, smiling Rose to work in his office. Suddenly, his rule not to mix business and pleasure is inconvenient! Because what Mr. CEO wants, he gets. Great narration.

His Rose!!!

All the feelings are in this book! I laughed, I cried, i got mad and yelled, I loved this book!!!!!
Logan is a CEO and Charlotte Rose is in charge of sales. Their Romance was so amazing , along with everything else that went on in their lives such as exes, family drama, work issues and rivalries. My favorite part about the author's writing was the fact that there were so many issues going on but the author didn't dwell on it and keep saying the same thing over and over again. I easily slipped into the characters and felt like I was living in these characters' situations. The author did such a great job bringing these characters to life I felt every single piece of this story!!
This is my first book by the narrator's whom I think did an excellent job bringing the story to life. They really felt the parts. This is also my first book by these authors....I'm so interest to see what else these authors have to offer.

Really enjoyed this one

Audible – Narrators: Alastair Haynesbridge and Bunny Warren

Terrific narration giving each character a distinctive sound and deepening the story these authors created. Smooth and enjoyable. If any problem it was when a moment in the book is full of surprising action and the narrator’s voice speeds up so fast I struggled to understand and follow along. A few 30 second rewinds and I had caught it all but I did feel that that portion of the story was a bit overplayed.

When Logan sees Charlotte at a conference he sets out to do everything he can to make her his. No matter whether it’s good business or not, his Rose will be within his reach and he won’t let her go.
Rose is relatively new to her position within the company when they are taken over by another company. Suddenly she’s being uprooted and moved. Despite her nerves, she’s excited and she’ll do her very best. That is until she walks in and sees the man she never thought she’d see again.

This actually is very well developed with a bit of mystery, some drama and some heart wrenching angst. I hurt when Rose didn’t get what she needed from Logan but when the truth is revealed it went from heart wrenching to heart breaking. I would definitely say this one is a bit heavier than this duos usual works.

aaargh! Where was the editor???

This was a lightweight but entertaining listen. The sex was formulaic but the story moved along. The conversations between female coworkers were over-the-top. The female lead was all over the map, strong one moment and weak the next.

There are several jarring instances of using inappropriate words: it was 'relegate' not 'regulate', 'apathy' not 'empathy', there were more. I don't know how the editor missed these stumbles.

Starts ok then meanders Down a winding road of bad then ok then blah then not bad then.....

I’m not sure why we write about females in such a sad weak and pathetic stance. The story jumps a bit from scene to scene you are like wait how did we transition to this part?! The female character is written as a jittery weakling and I absolutely hate it. I don’t think the female narrator helped much with painting that concept of a weakling but then again she’s only reading what’s in front of her. Male narrators voice wasn’t bad just hate his version of a female voice though- he makes the female character even more of a weakling. Uuuuggghhhh (deep deep eye roll 🙄)

SWEET WITH A LITTLE OOOH AAHHH

I had brought MR CEO both in kindle & audio & what a beautiful HOT love story with that area of heated lust & passion of not being able to keep their hands off each as for Charlotte/Rose who thought she'd ONLY see Logan Parker THE ONCE whilst away in Vegas for a Business Conference, but whilst she was up giving her speech he JUST KEPT staring at her & putting her off Kelter & later when he see's her & she him that was it as for her she wanted to get what had happened to her the few days prior out of her head.
Then when she got back to her office she's told that her company had been brought out & they were moving & it was here she see's her 1 night stand who then gives her a position that she thought the ones who had experience should have & also telling him that she WOULD NOT HAVE an office affair, not realising that things WILL CHANGE BOTH THEIR LIVES.....
