My mist ambivalent review ever

I went in 100% blind. I loved the male narration, but the female didn’t do a good job all the time. Sometimes simply dragging the words too much.
The story: I can’t decide if I love it or if I feel disgust. Maybe both. I have come to love the characters, though at the same time hating the male.
But one thing is for sure. I need the next book.

Carter Cross is one of the most sinfully addicting alphas ever!! Mr Cross is powerful, dangerous and SEXY AF!! Book one in the Merciless series and it’s highly addictive!! The ending is completely and most definitely mind blowing!! Give me more!! Binge worthy!!

Merciless

This book was really good. Mobsters and a frail woman dominate this story. It has a major cliffhanger ending, so I have to read the next story.

Good but not great!!

I hate it when the alpha is a total jerk!!! But I'm going to finish this series and see where it goes!! Hopefully it gets better..

I have had this audiobook for a while now and finally took a chance on it. And now I wonder why I waited so long.
This story is about three rival crime families. Carter Cross wants Aria, the daughter of another family. When the leader of the third family takes her for him so he will help take down her father, will Carter be able to keep Aria safe and make her understand that life as she knew it is over?
This story has some rough parts with the way Carter treats Aria but he sometimes tries to hide his softer side. Will she come to trust him? Can they work together to make a life together?
I did not realize that this was the beginning of a series and now I need book 2. I really liked the narrators of Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan.
