Very Disappointed

I was under the impression this was for beginners. How can I learn how to do Yoga if there’s no pictures of the poses ? If you know & have experience than this is for you. If you are new to Yoga I suggest finding a video that teaches you the poses not describing the pose while the teacher talks.

moves a bit fast, slow the playback speed

A nice yoga workout for those of us who are not athletes or marathoners. But it runs a bit fast, slow the playback speed and it can be good start to the day.

this is for someone who knows all the names of the yoga poses already. I was easily confused and had to stop and figure out what she meant

surprising!

I would not necessarily have expected a 20-minute yoga workout on my audiobooks app to be a game changer. I was pleasantly surprised: I've done several of these workouts, and while it may not replace a trip to my favorite yoga studio or a class with my favorite teacher, it is a serviceable 20-minute alternative, when I'm pressed for time or just want a little extra movement in my day. I would say that if you were very new to yoga or have never done it before, these practices may be difficult for you to follow or understand let alone complete. also if you are a very experienced practitioner, and you need a tremendous amount of challenge, this may not be for you. but for me, a middle-of-the-road practitioner, with a solid practice and some balancing Technique, this provides a good 20-minute pop of yoga.

starts off as if you already know the posses.

not for beginners. no explanation on what a pose is and she talks so fast that you do not know what she is saying.half the time.this is not for me.

Super Relaxing

I've never done yoga before, and I don't feel self conscious with this. she explains everything really well to where I feel confident doing the poses, and her voice is so relaxing. It's my new favorite way to start my day!

Perfect for my morning!

I love this. I've tried many yoga videos and I love this so much more because I don't have to find a TV screen. I can listen to my phone and do yoga wherever my body will fit. (I'm on the road a lot) These flows are easy and slow enough to do first thing in the morning when my body is still sleepy, and short enough to do even when I wake up late. I always feel refreshed and loosened up after. Almost better than a massage... almost.
