From Islam: Surrender to prayer.
From Christianity: Forgive yourself and others.
From Judaism: Make time for the Sabbath.

Any additional comments?
It's just a good audio book with good sound advise. And it's read in a clear and concise way.
I found this book really interesting, it takes you through key practices attributed to world religions and how you can apply them in your life. I learnt a lot especially with regards to Taoism and the book is personal and well written. I have recommended this to other people.
