Too general; info seems outdated.
Even for a guide, it seemed too general. Too much time at the beginning of the book was an intro. Too little time was spent on relevant material. Also, a max jumbo loan is $417k in 2023? If that’s a state specific limit, it should be clarified. Jumbo in WA state starts at $726,200 and even higher in certain areas.
