AWESOME RECEPIES

This has some great recipes. A great little book with just what I need! Going wheat-free has been tough especially when it comes to bread and crackers! This book gives some select recipes for exactly that without long lists of ingredients. it is informative diet book

Paleo is a way of life, not just a "diet".
The recipe book starts with good arguments for becoming healthy and fit with these ways of eating. A short, but informative summary of Paleo, it is highly recommended book.

I've read a for books of Paleo diet and have a fairly good understanding of the diet.However until I read this book, I didn't have a clear idea how to start cook straight to the point and was easy to follow/

These are very yummy, very simple recipes. I am do not adhere to a powerful Paleo diet. However, I got these recipes to be suitable for merely regarding anybody.

I thoroughly enjoy cooking. I also need to be on a strict diet due to internal issues. So, Paleo diet was a great option for me. This is a great reference for plenty of recipes to try out while following Paleo. I highly recommend it.

Great book for introducing you paleo!

This book is a very simplistic introduction to the paleo diet. It will go over the very basics of the Paleo diets and instead of just providing you with a long list of paleo foods it prepares you for the mind set to determine while walking through the grocery store whether or not something follows the paleo diet. I have heard of this diet before and was intrigued to find out more. I was not disappointed but I honestly don't think I will use this diet but I can't see myself recommending this diet for friends and family too try I found it also interesting that such a variety of food an option to be eaten on it. Such as Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils. But all around I would suggest this if you are at the very least curious about it.

Great recipes!

First the positives - this cookbook is really excellent if you are just starting with Paleo. I love it because it has a TON of great recipes that range from extremely easy, tasty, few ingredient meals to more complex options once you have a stocked Paleo pantry and want to try something new. It's a great book if you are an experimenter in cooking.

Happy with this book.

This book has such a variety of recipes, its great! I feel it is detailed and broken up enough in steps that even a novice cook should be able to figure out even some of the more complicated recipes in here. It has some recipes that have few ingredients and are easy, and some that have a lot more to them. We use this book a lot in my house hold.

This is an excellent reference for me.

This is an excellent reference for me and my family as we are transitioning to the Paleo lifestyle. The book is full of delicious recipes, although because there are so many different contributors to the book, some of the recipes seem very similar to each other. On the plus side, the variety of authors also provides a very diverse mix of ethnic recipes in addition to the basic meat and veg. Have made so many great dishes from this book, a gem to me!

Tons of good stuff.

As soon as you get this, you'll think "wow, this is overwhelming". Go ahead and get over that. There are so many amazing recipes in here. I'm one who listen recipe books like a novel, and I didn't make an exception here; I stayed at the beginning and worked my way through, tabbing recipes I couldn't live without. It ended up being a lot of tabs!

Good ideas & info on paleo!

This book was phenomenal and so helpful, came super quickly too, I only had to wait 2 days and it was here! Tons of different recipes! That was a nice surprise. There's really nothing I would change, if they make another book I'll buy that one too!

Great easy to follow the recipes!

The cookbook goes into what foods you should eliminate for a period of time and then reintroduces them once you have healed your stomach so that you will be able to detect which foods causes a flare up. Anyone can follow this "diet" plan whether you have Paleo or not because the recipes are so easy to follow. This diet does encourage you to buy organic and grass-fed meats which have no added preservatives or hormones.

Love the recipes and the plan.

I've used different Paleo diet books in the past, but I've found this one to be the best by far. Not only does it combine a diet that I am interested in, and have had positive results with, but it is geared toward an ailment that I have to deal with. The recipes are easy follow, tasty and the ingredients are not hard to find. Even if you don't have autoimmune issues, this book is an excellent listen.

This is a great classic cook book.

Paleo, this is a great classic cook book! It is beautiful to eye. The recipes are surprising simple with readily available ingredients. It is in the tradition of the old standard Joy of Cooking with a plethora of recipes and it's organized so what you are looking for is easy to find. This would make a wonderful gift to someone who loves to cook or just read about doing it.
