Best one.

This is plainly my top pick. Extremely supportive straightforward lessons. Much obliged to you to the Author. The book gives a simple to pursue, down to earth way to deal with care and self-empathy. This is an extraordinary prologue toward the Western/Scientific routine with regards to care.

Great!!

This short and concise book on mindfulness was very good. I felt it was more approachable than many other books of similar subject. It's almost like a distillation of many of the best thoughts and exercises concerning living a more mindful and less stressful life. As a society we could all stand to live more in the moment and cut the busyness

Appreciate it

I really enjoyed the book, the directions are clear and concise. They appear to be easy to follow but I haven't tried them yet, the photos are great and I look forward to trying out some of them.

The most valuable part of this book is the toolbox

The most valuable part of this book is the toolbox and all the exercises that create opportunities for meaningful self-reflection. I understand the root causes of my anxiety in different social situations now and have begun to use the tools the author suggests on a regular basis. Starting to see real results, which is encouraging. I highly recommend this book.

I don't for the most part purchase books in light of the fact that there aren't numerous I have to peruse more than once, however this one appeared as though it would be a useful reference to have. I have adapted such a large number of things about myself and this issue and am finally cheerful of rolling out some positive improvements throughout my life.
