one of the best

I've been meditating for over twenty years and this is one of the best i've heard. One of the things I loved about this narration is it doesn't break into the loud nerve jangling music. Another thing that sets this apart from the rest is he teaches you to rewire your responses in simple to follow, very effective terms. Highly educational information on the brain & how to change it.

I'm very happy with this audiobook.

I'm very happy with this audiobook. This audiobook is incredibly quotable does an amazing breakdown of complex system interaction into much more digestible, memorable and individualization relevant concepts. I'd recommend it to any psych provider working on getting my more succinct and salient patient education.

Happy with my purchase!

Great resource for counselors!

This book is the perfect resource for my student dealing with anxiety. It is sometimes tricky to find resources that older students won’t view as childish. This book is at their level and very helpful in giving useful resources for dealing with their anxiety. I highly recommend.

nothing new in this book

the audio sounds artificial and the content is not original. it sounds like a summary from several other books but not original. don't waste your money on this piece of work....I also noted that this audiobook has several 5-Star reviews. Even these look fake to me....
