This book is the only genuinely scientific book that's genuinely about self-motivation, how to get yourself to do what you know is right but forget in the moment. Already I'm finding its energizing effects pervasive and joy-inducing. I never got so much done in a week so painlessly.

Be more positive in Life.
This is a fabulous book that helps you explore positive thinking, more specifically breaking the cycle of negative thinking. It all came together in a fun and informative self-help manual. The book also had an expired link at the end which offered another free book. Despite that little glitch, I will definitely give it the 5 stars it deserves.
