When you want to live your life and free yourself from a narcissist, it can be hard to know what to do. The problem is that your sense of self has been eroded because you’ve not had the chance to think for yourself and be who you are for as long as you can remember. When life sends you down this type of spiral, it can feel daunting when you so much as contemplate leaving and living life on your own terms. But the truth is that this is natural, everyone in your position feels this way, and it’s certainly nothing to be ashamed of.

A guy who rejects or breaks up with you should no longer exist in your life. Contacting him or allowing him to stay in touch with you will make you work harder and harder to convince him that you’re worth his love and attention, and it will compel you to play that ugly and unwinnable game called Chase-a-Man. The best way to avoid this ugly game and break his spell over you is to cut the guy off (cease all communications and interactions) for a set period of time, or in some cases, keep him cut off out of your life indefinitely.

Being in a relationship without knowing how to share your feelings and receive your partner’s feelings in useful ways is like jumping into a pool without knowing how to swim. You can flail around all you want, but it’s not going to keep you afloat for very long—you need to be able to move in any direction at will. Like swimming, knowing how to share your feelings and respond to your partner's feelings will move your relationship in the direction you want: toward more intimacy, closeness, connection, and trust.

amazing combo.
this is an amazing book deal since you are getting 4 books in one, I have been looking for a long time for books about setting boundaries in relationships, this is definitely one of the best if not the best on it, book number 3 was my favorite since it talks about choosing the right path and I think that was an eye opener for me, now I know that I have the power to choose and it does not have to be complicated, that was one of my main struggles around toxic relationships and breaking free. Thanks Robert for the amazing work.

The whole self-help zeitgeist in one
When it comes to gaslighting, codependency, and encountering narcissists, one thing is for sure: A huge level of mindfulness and powerful strategies are needing in order to cope with these sometimes nightmare level challenges with grace, dignity, and growth.
All of which, Robert J. Charles masterfully depicts in his monolithic 4 in 1 collection: "Overcome Unhealthy Relationships, Gaslighting, Anxious Attachment, and Codependency".
Although some might argue that these are separate subjects to tackle all on they own, I would offer the opinion that all 4 of these areas (Unhealthy Relationships, Gaslighting, Anxious Attachment, and Codependency) coexist together, weaves into the fabric of the same emotional and relationship-based web.
Work on one, like anxious attachment styles, and you untangle another angle, like nasty relationship problems. Work on another topic, like gaslighting and manipulation, and all of a sudden you can handle narcissistic personalities SO MUCH BETTER.
I think this web analogy is great for self-help junkies such as myself. And as a self-help junkie, I strongly recommend this lengthy collection for anyone wanting to not only improve their own mindset, but also potentially help every relationship in one's life.

Breaking Free!
I remember a time when I felt really confused and unsure about what was real. I was always questioning myself because someone was trying to trick me. But after reading this book, I started to understand what was happening. So, when a similar situation came up recently, I didn't let it get to me. I trusted myself and didn't let anyone mess with my head. It felt good to stand up for myself and know that I could trust my own instincts. It might seem like a small thing, but it showed me how strong I can be when I believe in myself.
