The realities and hard truth in this book have given me a lot of affirmations. The truth is articulated in a way I wish I could. It has been the revelations that I've came to throughout my life, very well put. With the appropriate caveats and guardrails.

Listened to this book seeking guidance/confirmation to leave toxic relationship. It amazed me to learn of all the scripture references and that I am guilty even by staying. This has led me on a journey as I bought the audible and paper-back study series to work through.

Helped me understand why I divorced my wife

This book was mind blowing. I ended up divorcing my wife(ongoing) because she was very negative, controlling, argumentative and a loose cannon. She was very toxic. I came upon this book after it being recommended and helped me understand my situation better.

This book gives an insightful analysis of toxicity. Wherever we experience toxicity, we can set boundaries and not allow it to affect who we are and what our purpose is. If we ourselves are toxic it gives encouraging Steps to overcome and live a life free from guilt and shame. Throughout the book the author gives biblical examples and steps to freedom.
