Really good book to break free

I have just finished the greatest book on toxic folks and boundaries for Christians behind Boundaries by Henry Cloud. I learned so much and this is helping me heal.

Must read

This is a fantastic book with a Biblical approach to identify & interact with toxic people. I listened to the audio & will also be purchasing the printed book.

Wow!

I listened to this on Audible over two days. I started listening to it to try to understand how to deal with toxic people in my life and ended up learning so much about myself. This book is steeped in scriptural truth. I ordered the book and am thinking about doing the six week study. In any event I will definitely be listening again as I make notes in the book. Excellent, solid teaching.

Excellent But Challenging

We all deal with toxic people at some point. This book has really challenged my way of thinking about how to respond in a Christ-like way. it also is causing me to take a deeper look at my own heart and actions to ways I might be toxic... particularly to myself.

My only complaint is with the narration. i would encourage every author to use a professional voice actor to narrate for them in the same way they use editors for their material. it's worth the cost.

This book is a need to read if you interact with people.

This book has been truly helpful for learning how to deal with family most of all. I highly recommend you read this book and take the time to put it into application, as difficult as it is to do.

Scriptural Review of THE WAY

Reconfirmed this life is a battle ground.

Descriptively discussed the crazy offensive injurious schemes of evil expressed thru people in various presentations. Information is validating and edifying.

Most importantly, revives the Believer’s focus on Jesus’s pragmatism in combating evil.

Excellent book

I firmly believe that every person on this planet should read this book! I appreciate how Gary lays it out and shares wisdom as to why allowing toxic behavior isn’t acceptable in our lives.

This book challenged my thinking.

Great topic that needs to be addressed. Author did an amazing job! I wish a professional narrator was used.

Timely Truth

The realities and hard truth in this book have given me a lot of affirmations. The truth is articulated in a way I wish I could. It has been the revelations that I've came to throughout my life, very well put. With the appropriate caveats and guardrails.
