I'm so happy to have found this book! I found AUTHOR'S approach to re-discovering intuition to be so practical and thoughtfully laid out that I was able to get past my old story about being too sensitive and find gratitude for my gifts. I just started going through the book a second time to connect more deeply with the journal prompts and visualizations. I can't wait to share this book with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Empath to Mystic is a great book. If you are needing help with your spiritual journey this is the book for you. I love the journal prompts, it helped me learn more about myself.

This book is like having a down-to-earth friend!

This book is like having a down-to-earth friend and a spiritual guide with you on the journey at the same time. Practical, insightful and empowering. The journal prompts brought me great insight and inevitably came along at times I needed them. The book is amazing, and the inspired transformation is a work in progress!

Life Changing for an Empath

I haven't even finished the book yet but everything I've listened so far has been so helpful that I bought a copy for a friend's daughter who is also an empath. I already feel more empowered with the tools I've learned so far. Just knowing that there IS a way to deal with empathic abilities is a total relief!

Insightful and educational

This is one of my favorite books. It is very thoughtfully written and really clear descriptions of what it is like to live as an empath in today's society and a fast-paced world. Suggestions for getting clarity and relief on the emotional, spiritual, mental levels as well. They are very straightforward and easy to relate to/apply.

This is a do all or don't start the type of path. If you are truly willing to learn more about your gift and are ready to invest the time, then this book couldn't be better. If you are still unsure or like me you have so many different ways life is pulling, get this book to give you a leg up and realize that leaving your talent to the side will keep you from your true potential.

This book is a treasure map. All you have to do is follow it! Thank you for sharing your gift. This is one of the most eye-opening and impactful workbooks I have ever come across.

Eye Opening

I was introduced to a friend of a friend and within minutes of talking, she said you are an empath. I had no idea what this was and she told me to order this book. After listening to it things made sense as to why I act and feel the way I do and why people are drawn to me. Eye opener

Explains a lot and offers helpful tools

Many books are limited in perspective and tools. This book is good for those still questioning if they're an empath as well as those along all stages of the journey. I wish I had this when I was starting, yet I found some new things to explore.

If you feel that you are an empath, this book is a must-listen! I have listened to other books on this subject and none have impacted me the way this book has. Wonderful information, easy listen, and truly life-changing. I will be buying more and handing them out as gifts.
