Fair

I found the book fair reading, yet perdictable. I felt it was extremly slow at points but rushed thrgh the climax at the end.

Lacks resolution, obnoxiously unsatisfying.

Great big story, teeny tiny conclusion. Pointlessly abrupt ending that failed to satisfy. I have come to expect more from this series.

A Rather Abrupt Ending

What made the experience of listening to The Clinic the most enjoyable?

The story line was good and the method of reaching the proper conclusion was outstanding

Would you be willing to try another book from Jonathan Kellerman? Why or why not?

I am reading the entire Alex Delaware series from book #1 to the conclusion

Which character – as performed by Alexander Adams – was your favorite?

Alex Delaware was he best

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, because the length of the reading was longer than 8 hours.

Any additional comments?

I enjoyed the book, right up until the ending which was rather abrupt, with no handshake or thank you ma'am<br/>

Brilliant narration

Alexander Adams gets better and better. His characterization is masterly, bringing out everything from pathos to humor.

So many characters

I am a regular consumer of audible, and yet I found this book to be rather confusing due to the sheer numbers of characters. If I had it to do over again I would've kept notes on who is who.
The narration was excellent and I enjoyed the plot, but the dozens of characters were confusing for me. Not a great book to listen to while you're driving.

kept me interested and wanting more

The narrator made this book interesting. The actual story was really good. The writer's style reminds me of Steven White. A writer I also enjoy very much. I recommend this book and writer.

My least favorite Alex Delaware book!

Out of all of the Alex Delaware books, this is probably my least favorite. It was very unrealistic and I never could grasp that this could possibly be a real murder investigation.
