Publisher's summary

From Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author Tracy Brogan comes a sweet, funny Trillium Bay romance about moving on, creating your best self, and discovering the true meaning of love.

After her scandalous May-December romance comes to an end, baby of the family Lilly Callaghan returns home to Trillium Bay braced for the torrent of “I told you so”s from her sisters and the rest of the tiny island community. Floundering both personally and professionally, she’s at an emotional crossroads but determined to figure out her next best steps.

When a surprise job offer from her house-flipping sister reacquaints Lilly with handsome, free-spirited Wenniway Island transplant Matt Eastman, Lilly wonders if she’s ready for a new romance. Then she meets Hollywood heartthrob Jayden Pierce, who is filming a movie on the island, and she’s certain of it - but with whom? She’s caught the attention of both men, and both men have caught hers. So what’s a girl to do?

Earnest Matt shares her love of the close-knit island community, while surprisingly down-to-earth Jayden encourages her to live life outside her comfort zone. As the flirtatious triangle sets the town talking, Lilly must choose: Does she want to plant forever roots in Trillium Bay with Matt? Or follow a man who makes love stories for a living? Two very different men. Two very different futures. But deep down, Lilly knows that only one holds the promise of her kind of perfect.

Slow Burn 💙🎬🚲♥️

In this we get Lilly’s story. I’d met her in her sisters’ books; the younger sister with a much older man, but now we get all of her thoughts and feelings.

I liked watching her relationship with Matt grow and develop. They are a cute couple. Matt is not the granola airhead he appears to be in earlier books. He’s a good guy.

The movie on the island theme was an added bonus. Who wouldn’t want to cavort with movie stars!!

These are sweet books with interesting characters. Worth the read and listen. The narrator does a good job.

GREAT SERIES!!!

Last book in the series and I'm sad! This has been such a fun series. I hope the island continues to grow with new characters. Tracy Brogan is a very talented writer. Unlike some of her other books, the ones in this series are perfect in length. I'll be watching for a new release and hope Amy McFadden continues to narrate.

Fun, fast moving romance

I loved this book and couldn’t wait to get back to it. Listened to it in just a few days. The author has a great sense of humor and the narrator did a fantastic job. The storyline was so fun. I’ll think about these characters long after the book and I’ll definitely look for more books by the author.

So much judgment on looks, weight

The story is great but there is so much judgment around peoples looks, weight, noses, etc. it seems to be that way in all her books.

Overall Good.

I enjoyed the story line except the voice for Matt, it was overly mono tuned and so boring sounded it was hard to listen to. I realize he was a "yoga " instructor but honestly it was as if he was just bored with life.

Disappointed

Loved the first two books. the story were told by more than one person. The characters and town people were interesting. Lily and Matt were more interesting in the first book.

this book, the characters were boring. the towns people, boring. The story was flat. If I didn't read the first to books, I may of liked the book better. If I didn't find Lily so likable in the first book, flat in this one.

If the author goes back to the first two books, I wouldn't mind a story about Leo.
