Good story until the end

The narrators chosen for this book were all wrong. I don’t know how to explain it other than their accents are annoying. The plot seemed good and I was interested to see what happened next. Then the last 30 minutes of the book happened and I was so mad for wasting so much time on it. The ending could have been so strong but it fell flat and annoyed me. I think I need a break from this genre.

I was really underwhelmed by this story - I guess I was expecting more. It could have been better, the story had more potential.

Best book I’ve listened to yet

Wow. I LOVE THIS BOOK! I never wanted it to end. It is different than most domestic thrillers and the concept of a cult was very interesting to me. I did not see the twist coming at the end, either! I have recommended this book for friends who also were left speechless. The performance was great and the writing and dialogue really blew me away. Do yourself a favor and listen to this book!!!

When She Returned

Grabbed my interest at the start, and kept me interested and anxious to get back to it as much as I could. I need that in my life as it is now, not some deeply thoughty dragged out thing. The coronavirus makes me want to escape into my audibles, and this one did the trick.

I loved the ending

The ending was very accurate. This is what happens when people let emotions cloud your reasoning.
