Rushing through meditation
I wanted to like this, but it jumped right into the meditation without relaxing your body and mind first, then gave very little silent time for self reflection. At the end he rushed so much I felt like he'd been on a time limit. It seemed to defeat the purpose. Sorry to leave a negative review, but I think others should know what they're buying.
