Magnificent Story ~ Downright Sexy! LOL Hilarious!

Bash... aka... Magnificent Bastard is just oozing with arrogance, confidence, and sexuality, and using his talents to earn a living doing what he does best! With his trusty virtual assistant, he helps women get even with their ex's while gaining their confidence, and self respect back. They said he couldn't do it, but after two year's of Magnificent Bastard's Interventions, he's laughing all the way to the bank!

When Bash takes is virtual assistant, Penny, who he has never seen before on as a client, all his skills and self control will be put to the test. From their very first meeting, the sparks started flying, and he and his Incredible Bulk are all onboard, and ready to break a bunch of Magnificent Bastard's golden rules starting with the toe curling kiss, and ending with …. well you know.

All the emails/texts between Bash and Penny at the beginning of each chapter were absolutely hilariously! My face hurts from all the smiling and laughing I did listening to this story! Full of so many laugh out loud moments, quirky characters, teasing, and banter it's almost like a stand up comedy show, but with some serious lust and sex going on! I absolutely LOVED this story!

Tyler's performance was awesome! I loved how he portrayed Bash's character, making him sound arrogant, confident and sexy. However, I think this story would have been 10 star perfect if it was narrated by a male/female duo. But still a Fantastic Job to be proud of!

YES, I recommend this story! Credit or Sale….it's well worth… either! Get it, you will laugh!

Oh my, what a book!

Wow! I don't even know how to describe this book but it is awesome. I laughed so much. I don't know when I enjoyed a book so much. Wish I could give it more than five stars. Will definitely be reading more by this author.

OMG MAGNIFICENT BASTARD

This is my first audiobook review. I have enjoyed this book. Thank you Lili Valente for this story was amazing. I love the characters Penny and Bash. There was comedy, romance and a little bit of suspense. I loved the way the story flowed. Bash is a charming very sexy man who helps women get revenge on ex lovers thru his company called Magnificent Bastard Consulting. Penny is a woman who is shy and had some self esteem issues when her old boyfriend leaves her for her mother. Her and Bash have an excellent work relationship even though they have never really meet except thru text and email. Bash helps Penny by going with her to her mother's wedding where she is the made of honor but doesn't want to be there. How does this story end? Will Bash be able to help Penny? Do they get a HEA? Don't want to give anything away because you really should read this wonderful book 5 stars

Heroine let me down

This book started out with strong characters. An cocky guy but able to back it up. A spunky heroine. Fun and sexy. I enjoyed it right up until Penny started ducking and playing head games with Bash. She just lost me toward the end. She just gave up, dropped out, wimped out. She treated her "friend"pretty bad without even giving him a chance. I know we need something to bring in the drama but stay true to the character and it would a great book. One I'd like to reread. It's a good book. Worth the read.

Awesome!

This was one terrific story from beginning to end. The idea of a service to help women dumped on by creepy boyfriends and husbands by showing the jerks what a prize they threw away is so great I wish some smart men would take it and actually do it. However, the story was fun funny heartbreaking and heartwarming. Penny was a terrific heroine. She started out wounded and really let herself blossom with the help of her boss and friend Sebastian.

I truly enjoyed them both as characters and hope lili valence does a follow up with Aiden taking over for Bash.

I honestly wanted to smack her mom for being with a man her daughter was dating and wished she had a come to church moment and see her daughter for the beautiful soul she was.

The romance and steam factor was hot. Sex with laughter is always super sexy in my book

All in all it was probably one of the best stories I've read/listened to in a long time

A SEXY HERO, HUMOR, HEAT, HEART & A HEA ENDING

What an inspired idea - an Agency created for recently dumped women to exact their revenge on their ex's by being seen in the arms of a drool-worthy Adonis who is expertly pretending to worship and adore you. And your revenge is always very sweet because Sebastian (aka Bash) your date and the Agency's CEO, is kind, understanding, supportive, thoughtful, encouraging, good at his job.... and is oh so hot.

Bash knows he's good looking and what effect he has on women (and even some men!) but he will never mess around or sleep with his clients... just touching, kissing and lots of worship in front of the men who'd wronged these lovely women. His virtual Assistant Penny has been working for him for two years and they communicate via email, texts and phone calls. Although Bash has suggested it, they've never actually met... until the day she decides to hire his services. And the effect she has on him was instant - he tried to keep their relationship professional - but the more he talked, touched and pretended.. the more he was drawn to Penny's looks, body, character and charm. Penny wasn't immune to Bash's charms either and it wasn't long before she was actually forgetting about revenge on her ex (who was about to get married)... but what happened on the day of the wedding made her run.

This was such a joy to listen to - both main characters were so likeable, their connection had witty flirty banter, chemistry and sexy times and, although Bash was attracted from the start, it took time for their relationship to develop. And during that time there was hunger, humor, yearning, denial, dirty talk and dreams. Penny was wounded, sad and insecure but she was in good hands with Bash. Told from Bash's POV except 1 chapter and the narrator did a great job and did the female voices well.

Worth a credit? Yes, a heartwarming addictive story of revenge and love. Move over Prince Charming coz I want a Magnificent Bastard.

Yes, there are parts of that book that are hilarious and soooo much fun!

Everyone needs a magnificent bastard sometime - and Tyler does a good job with the telling of the story. I do, however, wish he had imparted a little more enthusiasm in some of the parts, to make it sound like what I heard in my head when I was reading it, but overall, it was good!

Very Cute...

Even with bastard in the title, this is a very cute, sweet, quick read, all from the hero’s point of view, with one chapter glimpsing into the heroine’s. So if you believe—no more like, have been lead to believe this is from both points of view, let me assure you it is not.

Talking about or hearing the hero talk about how great it would be to knock up the heroin, in some way of showing her that’s how much he loved her, and him coming to realize with That thought that he loved her, made this book get only 3 stars. So not into that kind of stuff. Gross.

Fall for Prince Magnificent Bastard Charming!

Would you consider the audio edition of Magnificent Bastard to be better than the print version?

Both versions are great but the audio adds a bit more fun because of the wonderful performance.

I think it is a cross between the movie Hitch and Big Rock by Lauren Blakely

I loved both characters. Sebastian was sweet, sexy and thoughtful. Penny was strong, loving, and funny.

Prince Charming does exist and he is a Magnificent Bastard!

I loved the alternating past and present sequence so we could understand how their relationship and love grew through their text exchanges. Their banter is witty and hilarious and their chemistry is great with lots of steamy passion! This is a fun and sexy story and I loved every moment of it!
