Three Amazing Short Holiday Stories

What a fantastic holiday treat! Hottie for the Holidays contains three steamy holiday rom-coms, Milf on the Shelf, Up to Snow Good, and the Twelve Dates of Christmas. Not only did I absolutely loved each story, but I loved that each story brought me back to prior Lili Valente books.

<b>Milf on the Shelf</b> (single mom, younger guy, fake boyfriend)
When Single-mom, Maggie, needed a last minute date to the yearly Christmas Ball, she called Penny her childhood friend to help her find the perfect fake boyfriend. After being out of the dating scene for years, Maggie had no expectations. She just wanted someone who was convincing as her date. Coop didn't expect he would feel an instant connection with Maggie. She was the type of woman Coop was attracted to. The two hit it off from the moment they met. Although he was hired to play the role of her boyfriend, it never felt that way between them. I loved the chemistry between these two. I also LOVED that this story took place in the Hot Revenge for Hire (Magnificent Bastard) world. Penny and Bash were still running their male escort service. Bash and Penny are one of my favorite couples and Penny's role in this book was such a treat.

<b>Up to Snow Good</b> (enemies to lover, rivals to lovers, British hero)
This one was so good too and it takes place in the world of the Hunter Brothers. Lawrence Beverly came to the U.S. and opened up his Christmas Tree farm next to Lucy's Tree farm. Lucy despises Lawrence.. Just when we think we know why Lucy has such a dislike for Lawrence, we learn that the two shared a passionate night that Lawrence just didn't remember (or did he?). Lucy was hilarious. I loved her. Just like the prior story, I loved the characters in this book, but loved that this story took place during the time when Emma and Dylan (from the Baby Maker) were in the midst of their own rivalry and "hate" for one another. Loved it so much.

<b>The Twelve Dates of Christmas</b> (second chance)
This one was really a beautiful story about first love, broken hearts, and second chances. My heart broke for Lula. She was such a brave an amazing woman. She went from being a free spirit to sheltering herself from feeling anything. Lula blamed herself for tragedies that occurred in her life that she wasn't at fault for. Having experience lost and a broken heart, she had just given up. Almost a decade later Carter, the man who broke her heart, returns her small town with the intention of winning her back (with the help of an old spirit and some Christmas Gnomes).

Hottie for the Holidays was a perfect, feel-good read. These short stories are exactly what I needed to get me more in the spirit of the holiday. I read the e-book and later listened to the audiobook, narrated by Jason Clarke and Lili Valente (Milf on the Shelf), Shane East and Lili Valente (Up to Snow Good), and C.J. Mission and Lili Valente (The Twelve Dates of Christmas), and I fell even more in love with these stories and the characters. Lili is so talented. It is truly amazing listening to her narrate three different characters and given each one their own individual voice and personality. Each character comes to life in such a different, but equally as perfect way.

I'm not going to lie, all three stories made me want to revisit (re-read) some of my faves like Penny and Bash and the Hunter Brothers.

This boxset of holiday novellas is the perfect addition to your Christmas romance collection. From a single mom who is given up on romance to a streaking Santa, this box set will definitely leave you happy around the holidays.

Fun Christmas novellas

These stories were fun, well written and put me right into the Christmas spirit. I can’t wait to listen to more by this author.

Two sugarplums, One sugar-bomb

I liked the first two stories for frisky, holiday romance with fun dialogue and a lively pace befitting the novella length. The last story was too angsty and had little humor or heat. Each story built up to one fairly tame, sweet rather than steamy, get together. At just over 5 hrs, I’m not sure this trio is credit worthy- methinks I should’ve held out for a sale.

🎄The author’s Happy Cat series is way funnier, even if only the last of the four books is holiday themed. And, by the end of the year, you can get that 4 book collection for 1 credit.
🎄If you must have Xmas novellas, I recommend The Reindeer Falls Collection for funnier, raunchier Santa Shenanigans. Volume One is excellent, and Volume Two is also good but went a little overboard with the silliness.

Lily Valente put me in a holiday mood. Loved these stories and could listen again and again! So entertaining and sexy. Narrations are fabulous.

I really enjoyed these novellas and every narrator in the audio was fantastic! I could not get enough of this book and I loved every minute!! Fun and Steamy Holiday Collection

Hottie for the Holidays contains three fun, steamy novellas full of holiday cheer. Each novella is short and full of the hotness and the humor that Lili Valente does so well.

MILF on the Shelf is a delight age-gap romance with a wonderfully romantic fake date turned instant attraction that is so much fun. I loved Coop and how he adored Maggie from the start. Their romance seemed fated from the start.

Up to Snow Good was a fun, enemies to lovers romance with two rival Christmas tree farmers. With a streaking Santa and misunderstandings galore, you’ll love the banter between Lucy and Lawrence as they try to catch the bandit and figure out how to communicate.

The Twelve Dates of Christmas was my favorite. In this second chance romance, Lulu and Carter were young in love but wanted different things in life. When Carter left town, he broke Lulu and when he returns years later, he has his work cut out for him when he vows to win Lulu back. I loved watching the lengths Carter would go to prove his love and watching Lulu slowly reclaim her love of life.

Lili Valente was the female narrator for all three stories and she was fantastic as usual. She's actually one of my favorite narrators to listen to and she always brings the characters to life. Each story had a different male narrator and all three were great, especially Jason Clarke. I could listen to him all the time.

These three stories are the perfect way to get you in the holiday spirit.

Perfect for the Holiday Season!

Hottie for the Holidays by Lili Valente was the perfect steamy holiday audio treat! This audio collection includes three holiday novellas that are the "star on top of the tree" for the festive season. These novellas are narrated by Lili Valente, Jason Clarke, Shane East, and CJ Mission.

MILF on the Shelf is narrated by Lili and Jason Clarke, and I loved this sweet and steamy single mom wins younger man story! I really enjoyed this story and both narrator's performances of Maggie and Coop! Up to Snow Good was narrated by Lili and Shane East. I loved the playfulness of the hilarious and swoony story! The Twelve Dates of Christmas is narrated by Lili and CJ Mission. This cute "Scrooge-like" second chance romance warmed my heart, and left my with all the happy holiday feels!

Overall, I loved this festive audio treat! If you are looking for something to put you in the perfect holiday spirit, and make you heart feel super happy, then I highly recommend Hotties for the Holidays!

Great holiday novellas!

Looking for fun, quick holiday listens with a hit of steam and talented narrators? Look no further than Hottie for the Holidays! This holiday collection of three novellas by Lili Valente is the perfect listen to kick-off the holiday season. Each novella connects to one of her series but can be a standalone (reading the series is NOT required to enjoy these stories). Lili is the female narrator on all these novellas and she does a fabulous job of capturing all the spirited ladies. Her voice is easy to listen to and I love the life she brings to her characters.

While all three stories are fabulous, MILF on the Shelf with Coop, Maggie, and her teenage daughter Lexi is my favorite. Where else can you find a Christmas toilet in a kitchen? And a hero that runs down to the market for ice cream in bed after being together?!? YES PLEASE! This story focuses on fate and when 2 people are meant to be together, they find their way. It's cute and Coop helping Maggie get her confidence back is the best gift of all. Jason Clarke's deep voice is my favorite and he does an excellent job capturing Coop and all the side characters.

Up to Snow Good features 2 Christmas tree farms owners - a charming British hero named Lawrence (voiced by Shane East) and a spirited heroine named Lucy. Their history together unfolds throughout the novella but the main focus is catching a streaker in nothing but a Santa hat and stocking. If the male character is British, you want Shane as the narrator. He can transition the stuffy to sexy with ease. I love Lucy's gumption! And Hamish the stoner brings a good bit of humor.

The Twelve Dates of Christmas is a second chance holiday romance. Carter and Lula had a strong love but Carter was too caught-up in adventure. Their second chance comes years later and involves 12 dates leading up to Christmas. They also help Lula rediscover herself and bring out her fun side she lost long ago. Their connection and love for each other soar off the pages and I enjoyed this quick read about their dates and reconnecting. I am fairly new to CJ Mission but Carter's slight twang was an easy listen!

These novellas showcase Lili's one-liners and humor. Great reads!
