Publisher's summary

Saddle bronc rider Chance Cochran knows a bad omen when he sees one, and Libby Brennan isn't just a bad omen, she's the woman he was married to, five years ago, for all of 48 hours - before her father dragged her away and started divorce proceedings.

It isn't by coincidence Libby Brennan shows up where Chance is celebrating the win that put him in the million-dollar cowboy class. Older and hopefully wiser, she's come to clear up a legal technicality as well as ask his forgiveness. Then maybe she can move on with her life.

But saying she's sorry won't be enough to make amends to this cowboy who has endured a lifetime of people abandoning him. When Chance needs some help after sustaining an injury, however, Libby may have a second chance - at love.

Good story

1st time I read this book. Second time I listen to it And I am so disappointed that I wasted a credit on this book And the reason is the narrator her voice for girls just fine but I'm telling you 1 thing her voice for doing the maths part is the worst I have ever heard in my life. That's why I I I can't give this a full 5 star. I often wonder who picks out the narrators do they get picked by the author or by the company they work for either way I will never listen to a book with her narrating again. I'm truly sorry for my review but that's exactly how I feel She did not do this story any good

Heroine need more backbones

This seemed to be most romance writers write with romance stories. They created weak heroine when it comes to the hero. The heroine started out strong and as the story progressed, she became a doormat. Instead of taking charge, she allowed the hero to make decisions even she didn’t agree. She agreed because it’s the only reason she can be in his life. In other words, they were friends with benefits. For her to have MBA, she sounded like a kindergarten. If you like dumb and doormat heroine, this story is for you!
