Loved this one! Cant wait for more!

Great beginning to this series! I loved that these guys came together as young men and kept their promises to each other. Their interaction with each other is kinda fun to watch. This is action filled and full of suspense! I enjoyed the by play between the two main characters.
The narration is superb! Aiden Snow and Erin Mallon do a great job! Aiden can talk to me anytime. I look forward to more!

I love this author and the strong fmc and the swoony mc worth the credit!

Fury Brothers

The Fury Brothers are just as great as I thought when Anna first piqued my interest with their presence. I love foster sibling stories, so that was the first sign I'd be all in. Dante starts us out with his undercover sweetness he tries to hide and fierce protectiveness for Mila. There is angst and a rocky road because although both are attracted to the other, they're determined to fight their feelings and keep each other at a distance...even after Dante is determined to protect her with his name by a fake relationship. Of course the fake turns quite real under their noses and they get an HEA. It's very fast-paced with danger, suspense and action; and while I do like fast-paced books, I did find myself wishing we learned a little more about them, but still a great start to the series. Aiden Snow and Erin Mallon performed great narration.

This story is fun! Dante Fury and his ‘brothers’ are known for keeping their corner of New Orleans safe, which is how Mila ends up there, working in the night club Ember, after her entire world implodes. Mia accidentally overheard a conversation that she wasn’t supposed to hear, and has been on the run ever since. Some really bad people are after her, and they want to end her life. Dante and his brothers are a ‘found’ family. They ended up together in foster care, and decided to band together to create their own family. As such, they each have their own sets of skills and talents, and have used them to make their little corner of New Orleans a somewhat safer place to be. Dante knows the haunted look that he sees when he looks at Mila, so he knows she’s hiding something. He wants her to trust him, but she’s so wary of trusting anyone. Regardless, the conflicts are clear and in true Anna Hackett style, the villains are dealt with and there is bloodshed and fury along the way! And Mila gets stronger as the story evolves!

This story flows well, and is entertaining. There are a few scenes that are concluded somewhat too conveniently, but that’s part of what makes these stories so much fun! The childish part of me gets to jump up and down and cheer for the good guys while ‘karma’ (and the good side) take the bad guys (or gals) out of the picture. Squeee!!

The narration is fantastic, and both Aiden Snow and Erin Mallon do a great job of keeping listeners engaged in the storyline, and portraying voices in ways that make the storytelling believable. There aren’t any discernible mistakes in the production quality and both narrators are perfect for this book!

Don't mess with Mila

I knew I'd love the new series, but I didn't understand just how much. Mila had to go through some awful things to get to where this book begins, but she is a total bad---, and while she does need backup, she can hold her own against her troubles- no damsel in distress and wringing her hands here.

Love the chemistry, the new location, the story world... and Dante is... well, you will see. So good.

Great start

This was a great start to a new series….I was trying to recall where I heard of them first (Fury brothers) then I recalled from the Sentinel Security series. So glad we get to hear their stories. Looking forward to the other books!

Loved it

Pleasantly surprised! I didn’t know what it was about but had good reviews when I was looking up another book named Fury by a different author (which was a good book as well). Glad I was able to listen to this. I really enjoyed it.

great story

I am not crazy about the woman's voice. it wasn't very pleasant. The man's voice was good.

The narration was so well done!! Aiden Snow has an amazing voice!!

I loved this story line. I highly recommend this book!! I liked the strong female role!!
