Publisher's summary

Meet the women from Wild Rose Ranch - and the men who want them - in New York Times best-selling author Jennifer Ryan’s breathtaking series of romance and scandal....

Noah Cordero is a modern-day cowboy who loves three things: ranching, his younger sister, and his step-father. John Cordero groomed Noah to take over the Montana spread where he learned to ride and work the land. But when John unexpectedly dies, he leaves half the ranch to a woman Noah doesn’t even know.

Roxy shares Noah’s last name, but not his blood. Estranged from her father, haunted by regrets, and eager to escape her notorious mother’s past, she is forced to fulfill her father’s last wishes. Inheriting means sharing a home with infuriating, challenging, and oh-so-tempting Noah. But John didn’t just make her owner of his ranch and guardian to her sister; his hidden sideline is her worst nightmare - she’s the new owner of the notorious Nevada brothel called Wild Rose Ranch where she grew up.

As their strictly business relationship starts to turn to true love, Roxy begins to wonder: What will happen when Noah discovers her dirty little secret?

No dirty secret here

Roxy was a spitfire with the gumption to back it up. She was the dirty secret of her father and a huge surprise to her step siblings. Upon her fathers death everyone gets a huge surprise and was not just that she existed. Noah was the son the Roxy’s father could have always wanted. He was raised as his son after his mother died. To his surprise the old man had many secrets besides the daughter he never acknowledged to him or the town.

There were a host of characters to love and even some to dislike and even one or two to really hate. Jennifer Ryan always gives me a set of characters that I can make a connection with. Coleen Marlo is so awesome. She has been a fave of mine since the first audio book I heard with her voice. She has a nice range of voice that bring a multitude of characters to life.

I found Dirty Little Secret to be one of the stories I will come back to again and again. Gotta love the Wild Rose Ranch.

Good story line

Quite enjoyed the story. Kept my interest thorough and had sequels. Thumbs up for me.

Not worth the credit

Worst book - repeated plot over and over - too predictable. The narrator sounds like she has a mouthful ofsaliva in back of mouth while narrating. Ugh couldn’t finish it was so bad

Jennifer Ryan did it again

Jennifer Ryan did it again and Colleen Morrow is an awesome narrator. I recommend this book for anyone who loves romance and mystery type thriller suspense books.

A good story, well written with terrific characters. My only problem (why I gave 4 star rather than 5) was the quick turn to loving. It wasn't love at first site and they had barely resolved an issue when they were professing love. It just didn't flow. Either significant parts were cut from the story or Ms. Ryan isn't the author I have grown to enjoy so much but the turn around and flow of the story changed abruptly after the dinner Annabelle's mom dropped in on.

Caleen Marlo did a good job. Every once and a while I felt I was listening to one of the other stories she narrated by Jennifer Ryan.
