Just what I needed

I liked the narrator’s voice and pace. The meditation was perfect for releasing and letting go of whatever is not serving you. Will repeat for added benefit. Thank you for the free audible tracks!

Comfy guided meditation

A nice quick guided meditation, very comfortable and relaxing. Like the techniques for letting go of stress that is a little different with each of these guided meditations- the only reason performance got 4 ⭐️’s instead of 5 is bc it wasn’t my fav of all background meditation tracks - didn’t detract too much from the relaxation; just my own personal preferences. Nicely done

Makes hearing the speaker difficult. she spoke calm and what I heard was good.
