Great meditation book on for opioid pain control

This book share great meditation techniques for help with pain control. The best part is the soothing meditation music that help me enter the peaceful state of meditation. I notice the pain subside significantly over the course of implementing these techniques. Highly recommended.

A must Listen Audiobook for all

I love this Audiobook. It is unique, helpful, and super relaxing. It made me feel so good after I heard all the thoughts and Deep Guided Meditation. Salute to the Narrator for calming voice and the Author for this very excellent Audiobook. I highly recommend this Audiobook.

Relaxing!

I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook. I found it to be extremely relaxing and reaffirming. With so many distractions between our phones, televisions and just life, it's great to have a resource like this audiobook to reset, get centered and transform our minds. Highly recommend!

Far Safe Than Opioids

As someone who has seen the detrimental effects of pharmaceutical drugs, I definitely appreciate this alternative to traditional pain relief methods. Opioids are the in the news just about every day and it's alarming how easily it is prescribed. This audio book provides a much safer alternative. The narrator is super soothing. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling to find a natural method in their healing. The guidance is very detailed to get the listener into the right physical and mental state.

An accessible approach to working through pain

I found this book very helpful in giving me tools to address my emotional pain. Often I judge my emotions or don’t allow myself to fully feel them. “Opioid-free Pain Relief” walked me through several exercises which I can apply in my day to day life as I work towards emotional wellness. Well-written and engaging!

This book helped me tremendously

As someone who works closely with the Pharmaceutical industry, I know first hand what opioid addiction does and continues to do to people. Because of that, I'm scared to death you take them. As a sufferer of chronic pain, both physical and emotional, I needed in alternative to help me cope. I picked up this book in hopes that it could help and it absolutely did. I always had trouble meditating and this book showed me exactly how to do it without putting too much pressure on myself because meditation is different for everybody. But I can honestly say that putting this book into practice has helped my pain diminish considerably. Mind over matter. And I am now more relaxed than I have been in a very long time. Thank you Ron Alyn.

Great techniques!

I shared this book with my husband as he suffers for multiple back injuries and gets really tense really fast. He really enjoyed the techniques used throughout the book to relax. After he made it through the whole book he said he really felt like he had released a lot of his tension. He plans on trying the book again on nights when he has back spasms. Highly recommend this book for anyone looking to release negative energy!

I LOVE THIS!

I felt super relaxed after finishing this audiobook. I've struggled with pain my whole life and I'm glad that my friend gifted me this audiobook. I'm planning to continue doing this until I fully see the results. It hasn't been so long but I can already say that it gives me such a relaxed feeling and has helped with my mood. I love this!

Loved this book!

While I don't think there's anything wrong with using medicine to be healed from pain, I still appreciate learning alternative ways to heal. This book gave so many awesome options for pain relief. Highly recommend!!
