Calming in any environment

I really enjoyed listening to these affirmations. Sometimes I have a stressful environment and this book puts me in a calming mood to handle it. I suggested it to all my coworkers.

This really helps!

This is not a one-time listen but an audiobook that I will come back to again and again. We all have stuff that has happened and if you are like me. It has not been easy getting over it. This truly helped me.

Excellent Resource!

As a woman who struggles with chronic anxiety, this book was helpful in so many ways. I appreciated the soothing sound of the narrator’s voice and the many beautifully crafted meditations. This is a book I will continue to turn to time and again whenever I find myself stressed and spiraling. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to find peace and healing amidst challenging times.

I needed this audiobook!

With all that’s going on in the world, my anxiety level has reached an all time high. After listening to this audiobook several times, I am much calmer and am able to implement the breathing techniques during work breaks and even while sitting at a traffic light. I’m working to make these guided meditations a part of my daily personal practice. I highly recommend turning off the news and turning on this book!

Steadily healing

Entering adulthood I've found myself uncovering a degree of childhood trauma, which I've realized has fueled a number of addictive habits I've developed over time. Thought I'd give this audiobook a shot, and I've noticed the meditations have started to shift, reorient, and resolve some of these difficult old trapped traumas I've carried around. I find myself relistening frequently, genuinely notice a shift occurring in my emotional state. very grateful.

Powerful!

The writer has put together such a wonderful and absolutely amazing work. I was gifted this by a friend and have been totally appreciative of this ever since. This has given me a stronger mindset and a willingness to do a complete paradigm shift that I never knew I had in me. My anxiety has been slowly decreasing and I can now say I'm in a much better space. Thank you for this very valuable meditation guide. You were truly inspired to do this!

Wonderful short meditations for your practice

These meditations have been a lovely addition to my morning practice. The length of them for me is perfect - most are right about 10 minutes. The woman’s voice is very soothing and peaceful. They cover a wide variety of topics. My favorites are the one that focuses on deep breathing, going to my safe space, and feeling worthy. If you are a person who likes short meditations this compilation is perfect.

Very Helpful

If you are looking for stress relief, or your mind races and you want to slow it down so you can relax then this is the perfect audiobook for you. There are breathing techniques and the guided mediation really helps to soothe any anxiety you may have. Another great aspect is the replay value and each and every time you listen and get more comfortable with the guidance it will be more and more effective.

So, Calming!

This audiobook eased my anxiety. Whenever I have a stressful day, I turn to this book, have a warm cup of tea, sit back, listen and practice these techniques. It’s so simple but rewarding. This is my go-to audiobook after a stressful day at work.
