This year is my last chance to take the Titans to victory. I cost us the cup last year, but I'm not making the same mistake again. And I'm determined to get drafted by the end of this season.

The success I anticipate is built on three years of razor-sharp focus and hard-earned respect. Not to mention how much of my personal life I sacrificed for hockey. The Titans trust me to lead them and I won't betray that. Nothing could possibly go wrong.

Narrator is too slow

Liked the story but not the narrator. After increasing the speed it was OK and I enjoyed it.

Listen to this on 1.5 speed!

I get why everyone says the narration was slow, cause it reallllllyyyyy was! If you listen to this series on 1.5 speed it is sooo much better!
I enjoyed this book though! The whole story line was good in my opinion! The description of the store really sums it up as to what the book is about! I just wanted to give my 2 cents on some of the negative reviews!
Some reviews say that the book was too fast paced, but I don’t see that. Most of it takes please in 1 school year. If you are looking for some good spice, I would say this was a level 2 for spice, maybe 3!
I would consider this book to be best friends to enemies to lovers!

Cute but Rushed

It was hard for me to distinguish between who was talking between the two MCs. They sounded the same to me. There were also times when one would be thinking but I thought they were speaking. It was frustrating.

Something about this book just did not hit the spot for me. It was cute but I cannot exactly put my finger on what was missing. It felt rushed.

Cute but Not very original

Cute story but not very original. Great if you need mindless HEA fluff with a small side of kink.

A fun read

This was a fun read about two hockey players becoming secret lovers. I enjoyed their story. However, I would have liked more of the emotional elements to come to the front of the story.
