I've been wanting to eat plant based for a while and attempted a few times, but wasn't sure if I was doing it right, ie. eating enough of the essential nutrients. This book has been an amazing guide to help me explore that! I like the extra recipes provided, and I feel now like losing weight is almost like a nice side effect of eating plants, because all the food is so light and nourishing and easy on the body! Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE the no bs attitude this book has! It lays down out a good foundation of adapting to a plant- based lifestyle, but does not claim to be a magic solution for weight loss. As with any diet, consistency is the key! I also love how the author goes into detail over the differences between veganism, vegitarianism, and plant based. Best of all, the audio book has recipes with an included PDF! If you are looking for an intro into this lifestyle, this is the book for you!

I wanted to jump into this book because I am a vegetarian already but that doesn't necessarily mean I eat healthy. I think that is a common misconception, as there are a lot of unhealthy vegetarian options out there. Even though I would say I already knew a lot on this subject there was still a lot of information in here that I found very helpful and motivating. The book has recipes and information on nutritional values of certain foods. I'd recommend this to anyone even remotely interested in this topic.

Just starting in on this new way of life. I’ve slowly started cutting meat out of my diet end of last year but I really wanted to dive in fully to start the year off right!

I definitely like that the PDF is included…especially when it comes to the meals. I also really liked that there were individual chapters for each meal. Particularly liked the snack chapter because I tend to be a snacker.

Looking forward to start using these this week!
