This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book. This short book did it for me. I was given a free review copy of this audiobook at my request.

Lots Of Information

I am currently on day three and no craving by any means. I don't feel frail and work an extremely bustling calendar with barely any breaks.
