Dont buy This book
The online resources are referred constantly but does not exits. This renders the book pretty much useless. The information available is pretty superficial. There are many books on the subject. This one is more a tool for the author to sell consultancy, paid mentoring and courses. The book I self is a waist of money.

Almost all bonus materials gone
I waited until I got in contact with the company to see if they would email it to me and I still have not received it after multiple attempts.
There is some good information in the book but a lot of it alludes to the bonus materials that can no longer be found

Game Changer!
My partner and I were already on the small apartment path, but just barely. I am STOKED that we found this gem of a book so early in our progression. It provides blueprints and outlines to structure our thinking and our business. It clearly describes what is most important to focus on as a small apartment investor, how to find deals, find money, etc. A must-listen for any house flippers! Time to graduate!

Great Book
This book combine a reading book plus a training course. The extent of this course expands beyond the text materials into interviews, webinars, stories and more. I love it. I specially love the enthusiasm of the narrator who is the writer of this book. He stimulates the willingness and excitement to learn more. Far and Away the best book on multifamily investin
I have read a significant number of real estate investment books and have several Investments of my own. This book is Far and Away my favorite in regard to multi-family investing. Not only does the author offer the nuts and bolts if what is needed, but brings many out of the box ideas that I had not considered before. Definitely worth the time.
