Buy it, it's awesome.

I bought the book version of this one a while ago and it inspired me to do Lance's course which blew me away. I was excited to hear there was an Audible version so I had to get it!

#1 best directional changing book.

I am on my 10th realestate book, but this one has overcome all of them I wish I read this book 1st! So much detail.

One of the best books on exactly what I'm doing.

Loved it. The information given in this book was priceless to me. Lance described exactly what I'm currently pursuing with some new information I had not heard before. If you are a newbie and planning to get into apartment buying this is a must read. He explained wholesaling as an alternative business and convinced me to wholesale if the apartment isn't a good fit for me. The only complaint I have about the book is that the description of the contents wasn't adequate. I struggled to decided if I should buy it and decided to take a chance on it and I'm extremely please I did. I'm going to look for other books by Lance Edwards and see if they are a fit for me. I listened to the book on audible and am going to get a hard copy for reference. Worth listening to several times and reading twice.

This book had great qualities and ideas that helped me understand my own investment strategies. It talks about people and their thought process that they have to graduate into small apartments first before they can get into apartment owning. I also liked the breakdown on how to increase assessed value by incremental increases or bringing services that increase rents or fees for the apartment complex. Great book and worth my time.

Time to step up and make big bucks

I started reading the book and was enjoying it. Suddenly, I saw the option to purchase the audio book, hmmm. I jumped on the opportunity. I audio book was a great listen and Lance's voice was very pleasant and energic. Everything totally makes sense. I love the fact that I can make all of my offers site unseen. I signed up for the boot camp and I plan to make a lot of money with this. I have long had a desire to invest in apartment buildings, that dream is about to come true. My goal is to flip at least two properties in the next six months. As the book suggests, I can't wait to do my first one and build my belief system.
