Feels like mashed up blog articles

The introduction started out well, but the rest of the book has no structure, depth and context to the content. It feels like they pooled similar articles written by different people and put them together as "one package". It's also very surface level and nothing new to modern practices of mindfulness and self-awareness.

At one part in the book, they start talking about how to reprogram yourself to overcome triggers when your husband cheated on you. That's so out of context and they didn't even bother changing it to "your loved one" or something on that nature. Super odd.

edit: I also just noticed that all of the reviews are from anonymous users and all done on the same day, which leads me to believe they are possibly manufactured.

Good information
