I love how its been narrated. Very detailed and understandable. Recipes were good actually already tried some. It was easy to make and prepare. Healthy and with good benefits! Very tasty and yummy my kids and my hubby love it!

This is a great collection of Mediterranean diet recipes for almost any type of meal. I love how the different meal categories are arranged by chapter and I am able to bookmark my favorites to go back and find and listen long while I cook in the kitchen! The author did a really great job putting this together. Highly recommended.

Awesome Mediterranean cookbook to date.

You know what this made it amazing? I can prepare meals impromptu. Listening to the audio version of this cookbook cut down significantly the cooking time. This is helping me be dedicated in my quest for a less-disease lifestyle. Found over 100 nourishing dishes for a healthier us!

So many recipes, so little time

Yes, There are many amazing healthy recipes located within this book. Many of which are very easy to follow.

I got in the habit of listening to audio books while driving, going for walks and cleaning the house. Some of the recipes in this book caused me to detour to the grocery store to pick up the ingredients.

The instructions provided are very well outlined in each recipe provided by the author. It's great that the author didn't forget to add breakfast recipes, as this is something that it's not present in all culinary books. This book really helped me to understand better of Mediterranean Diet .I highly recommend this book to those who want to learn about Mediterranean Diet and quality recipes.
