kudos to author!!

As I'm am in the process of transitioning to Vegan eating, I found this series most helpful. I never knew there were so many ways to make a meat free meal. I recommend this series to anyone wanting to clean their diet up or looking for some new unique vegan meals.

i could listen to this all day.

It is a more than 5-hour read, but I didn’t actually mind listening to it. I listened to it yesterday when I was preparing breakfast and I couldn’t help but feel fascinated with this. It is a one-stop shop guide I could listen to all day.
