Loved this book!

I really enjoyed listening to this book!

As a young professional interior designer building my business and growing my clientele basis, I took tons of notes as to how I can create even better experiences and expectations for my clients. Coming from a different design background than my co-workers, I always struggled with not fitting into their typical sales mold. After reflecting on how I do things very differently I realized how this is actually my greatest asset. Grounded gave me the much needed confidence to learn, un-learn and re-learn what works for me or how to reach a goal. I know these key teachings will continue to project my career forward.

As my clientele builds and projects come in faster than I can work on them, navigating work/life balance I’m finding is also a challenge. Nancy’s advice reminds me that my time spent alway from work is what really defines me. Truly living my best life will bring success to all areas of my being.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to live with intention and/or build their career.
