Publisher's Summary

A former model, a grumpy lawyer, and a single dad walk into an audition for a children's musical.... They’re all Miles Brodie. It’s only cute if you aren’t the director who’s being bribed to cast his daughter.

Dear Mr. Cross,

Re: our discussion

  1. True. Casting my daughter as the lead in your musical could be considered bribery if people find out I’m investing in it, but no one needs to know.
  2. I only want to hire you as Macy’s singing coach so her vocal skills will improve.
  3. Maybe if you’d spent less time surfing and more on your singing career, you wouldn’t be in this financial predicament.
  4. Re: your living situation—my neighbor has a guest house. If you cast Macy as Alice, I will pay for your first three months’ rent.

Do we have a deal?

Best regards,

Miles Brodie

Dear Mr. Brodie,

  1. It absolutely is bribery, but I absolutely need that money for my production. Thanks!
  2. It is very cute that you will do anything to get Macy this part, but I would only coach that sweet child as a favor to all mammals with functional hearing.
  3. If I spend less time surfing, will you spend less time jogging on my beach with your shirt off?
  4. You want to pay me to live next door so you don’t have to drive anywhere to frown at me?
  5. I have another condition for casting Macy as Alice—you have to perform the part of the Cheshire Cat.

Purrrrrrr,

Aria

This is a stand-alone multicast duet audiobook in the Brodie Brothers series. Narrated by Jason Clarke and Mackenzie Cartwright. Featuring Teddy Hamilton, Zachary Webber, Emma Wilder, Emily Woo Zeller, and Connor Crais.

Loring at her finest!

This book was one of the best romcoms I’ve ever listened to and my personal favorite from Kayley Loring! The Brodie’s are so easy to fall in love with and Miles is 💯 swoon-worthy. I also adore Aria…she’s Miles’ (and Macy’s) perfect match. This was a feel good story - I was so contented just listening to it infold. Jam-packed with references you’ll appreciate, humor, heat, family, and romance…everything you could ever want! The all-star narration cast enhances your reading pleasure…you’ll be in awe of their talent. I give this book ALL THE STARS! Do not miss this exceptional listen!!!

Absolute perfection!

I read and was in love with this book before getting the audiobook, but let me tell you - it was a whole different experience. While I was reading it, Jason Clarke's voice was already in my head, but to actually listen to him as Miles was something else. You don't want to miss out on it for sure! Mackenzie is one of the most talented narrators out there, in my opinion, and she shows all of it here. I couldn't ask for a better Aria or Macy.
Bonus points for the other narrators who voiced the Brodie family - everything was absolutely perfect and you are rock stars! I can't believe this series is over!
If I could give this 10/5, I definitely would.

I ❤️ the Brodies!

This is the best of the series! Low angst, seriously funny and unbelievably awesome narration. I laughed so much, but got all the contemporary romance feels at the same time. Love everything so far from this author. And, seriously, just look at the list of narrators in this duet format. This was like listening to a movie. Loved it! ❤️

Entertaining Brodie Bros Series

Enjoyed this final Brodie Bros book. Jason Clarke is superb as always. If you enjoy a “slow burn” this series definitely isn’t for you, as once the characters “meet again” after meeting 3 years prior things move very quickly, but it’s fun and lighthearted!

Favorite of the series

You always know you are going to laugh when you pick up a Kayley book and this one didn’t disappoint. Miles is a the grumpy single dad and you will fall hard for him. I love how he will do anything for his daughter Macy. Aria is more sunshine and the play director that works with Macy. I love the chemistry between Miles and Aria. This book is full of laugh out loud moments, steamy times and is a fun read/listen.

Narrated by Mackenzie Cartwright and Jason Clarke, these two shine as Aria and Miles. Jason is great at being the grumpy hero and is completely swoony in this role. I love Mackenzie’s voice and was perfection as Aria and she did an amazing job with the voice of Macy. The supporting cast also does a phenomenal job and I love all the family group texts and we even get singing. The was my favorite of the series and another amazing listen from Kayley.

If you need to smile, laugh, and enjoy so,w sexy scenes this book and series is amazing. The narrators are everything, so perfect, I love the interactive narration. I’m not sure what that’s called but I hope to find more books like this. Can we just have a whole book of mama Brodie’s drunk text lol. I would for real listen to that! I can’t say this enough the narrators throughout this series are amazing and it was put together perfectly.

Love A Grump

Good Vibrations: The Brodie Brothers, Book 3 by Kayley Loring
Narrated by Jason Clarke, Mackenzie Cartwright, Teddy Hamilton, Zachary Webber, Emma Wilder, Connor Crais & Emily Woo Zeller

*A former model, a grumpy lawyer, and a single dad walk into an audition for a children's musical… They’re all Miles Brodie. It’s only cute if you aren’t the director who’s being bribed to cast his daughter.*

This is the third installment in the Brodie brothers and it didn’t disappoint. The family snipes were in full effect and funny as all get out. Miles Brodie is hot, grumpy and a single dad that I found so delicious. And Aria is exactly who he needed to keep him in line….and turn that frown upside down. Really great to see the entire Brodie clan and had me laughing out loud, someone needs to take his mom’s phone away or kick her out of the group texting.
Narration was fun to listen to.

Funny and Singing

Jason Clarke sings, both with his full voice, which is GORGEOUS, and his sort of singing voice, which is just as cute. Overall, I could have done a little less with the show inside the book, but overall, another funny full cast narration. Mackenzie Cartwright does a FABULOUS job with this narration as well. Kudos to Kayley Loring for really establishing an entertaining Brodie family dynamic.

Funny writer

This was one of my first Kayley Loring books. She is a very funny/clever writer, especially the texts 🤣🤣 The premise of the book was only ok (sorry!). All narrators were phenomenal. I’ve listened to many of these narrators for years and to have this all-star cast was AMAZING.

Romance, laughter and an engaging narrative

Amazing ending to a great series.
This series has been my first introduction to this author and it exceeded expectations. Laugh out loud funny, in a relatable humor sort of way.
The narration was first class and had an ensemble that brought the story to life.

A great trio of books

Loved these books of the Brodie Brothers. The ensemble cast was stellar and what great singing voices as well.
Yeah, the stories were simple and straightforward but the performances of the voice actors made this one of the best listening experiences I’ve had on Audible. X

An amazing full cast of narrators. Comedy Genius!

I absolutely love a full cast duet style audio, these are so much fun to listen to and in my opinion the only way to experience Kayley’s books. This is book 3 in the Brodie Brothers Series and Miles is the oldest and last of the brothers to get a book. He is the grumpiest Grump and Aria (also known by the end of the book as Areola) is the shiniest of Sunshines!

Miles is a trousers tucked into his socks on the beach kind of guy and Aria is a carefree surfer. They shouldn’t fit but they just do. Macy is Miles’s daughter and desperate to star in Aria’s musical theatre adaptation of Alice and Wonderland and she’s cast in the role of Alice with certain stipulations. Listen to it to find out the hilarity that ensues.

As usual no spoilers here but seriously, Kayley’s brain is a wild wild thing! Not sure how she comes up with these stories and more importantly the group text convos which are side splitting. Mamma Brodie, autocorrect is not her friend! I always love it when an author puts texts or emails into their books and Kayley always nails this. You cannot help but laugh at the exchanges that happen. And a rap! I cracked up so hard at it and all the narrators' kid voices were on point. It was just the perfect audio experience.

For grumpy meets sunshine, fart jokes (of course), cute kids, a rap, the so wise Evelyn Chan with her Chinese proverbs, Mama Brodie’s hilarious autocorrect texts and just pure comedy genius pick Good Vibrations and in my opinion you should definitely listen to it. The cast are amazing and there is a lot of singing too!

Narration.. my god narration

Not only is this one of the best stories I have listened to this year. I am already in love with the cast for a long time now. Kudos to the team. kudos to the author and the narrators. I was expecting this story to never end. It was a privilege to have owned a copy of this Audiobook and keep it in my library forever. Thank you so much.

Finding your voice

This was a sweet story with some very funny lines delivered beautifully by the main narrators. I am not a big fan of duet narration, but Mackenzie and Jason may just have made me a believer!

Listening to this book is a must!

This is the final book in the Brodie Brothers series and is my favourite of the three. It has everything, a swoony romance, hilarious fart jokes and an engaging story line and singing!

The narrators are all top shelf. There is the duet narration with the fabulous Jason Clarke 😍and the magnificent Mackenzie Cartwright. Smaller parts played by Connor Crais, Emma Wilder, Emily Zoo Weller, Zachary Webber and Teddy Hamilton were fabulous. It was so entertaining to listen to.

I would recommend listening to all 3 books in this series as they are all great but this could be listened as a standalone too.

Brodie Boy Goodness continues…

This review isn’t going to give you a rundown on how the book plays out because unless you’re new gear, Kayley Loring has served up yet another fantabulous sexy love story involving the very swoon worthy Brodie Boys.

This is the third instalment of these hot mess brothers and frankly, you should read (listening is better!) to the first two, because, holy hotness on a fudgesicle, you are missing out.

Yet again Kayley’s clever word play and creation of such fun characters will have you totally enthralled. Loved everything about it, all the stars, & I want in on that group text!

Thank Kayley. What a ride!
