Almost good

I don't know if I'll get the rest in this series. In this first book the writing is rather juvenile and disjointed. Does the writing improve later in the series?
If you're in the mood for very light listening with rather implausible events, this hits the spot

Not for me

Expected a lighthearted murder mystery. Received what sounded like an episode of Passions, and read by Barbie. Too many mentions of tarot cards & rippling muscles for my tastes. Found the main character bitchy & unlikeable, but that might have just been because I really disliked the performer.
