Author Bio: V. B. Tenery lives with her family in East Texas. Her passion is writing novels with shining characters, settings, and plots so exciting readers can’t put them down and they come away feeling delighted with the reading experience—honoring God in the process. Not content to stay in one genre, her novels range from contemporary suspense and supernatural suspense, to a historical suspense set in WWII England. When not writing she enjoys reading, hiking, and tube-floating down rivers in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. She is the author of the award-winning Matt Foley suspense series and other novels, including, Deathwatch, Against the Odds, The Watchman, Dead Ringer, Last Chance and Angels Among Us. She lives in East Texas with her family, two dogs and one lone cat. After finishing school, she went to work in one of the country’s largest optical firms. Writing took a back seat to her career when she became director of service for the firm’s nationalwarehouse. Marriage, a young daughter, and active involvement in church turned her into an occasional weekend writer. When the company she worked for downsized, she jumped at the opportunity to retire and write full time. Since then she has written multiple Christian suspense novels.
