Would you consider the audio edition of Fight Fat After Forty to be better than the print version?
The audio version of this book was excellent since it was read by the author, however it would be nice to have the print version because Pamela Peeke, makes mention of a few charts from the book, which we have to download from the site. I enjoyed listening to it in the car as I traveled to worked. It helped me to stay focused on my meals, and what I would be eating.What was one of the most memorable moments of Fight Fat After Forty?
"Eat after 8, you will gain weight!" LOL, I have been much more proactive in eating at an earlier hour now. If I am hungry for something to munch on after 8:00 pm., I usually drink a glass of water or sip a cup of tea.Which character – as performed by Pamela Peeke – was your favorite?
There were no characters in the book, but Pamela Peeke's voice was easy to listen to.Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
